I was the only customer. I ordered online pickup. It said 20-35 minutes but it was less than that. Lamb chops cold, Taboulle warm. The grilled tomato side was 2 tiny slices of a Roma and you know how small they are. I asked for extra green sauce for my pita, got the sauce but no pita! I called but they wanted me to come back. It was rush hour traffic by then and they said that I could get extra pita next time. What? A next time?? How can I be the only customer and it’s messed up? This is my fourth order and the other three were delivered. One order did not read the notes. They gave napkins and no forks, knives,spoons. One plate had 2 regular lamb chops but the third was only a bone. One was ridiculously greasy, the wrong order, and there was grease spilled all over the bag and overflowing into everything else. I’ve had pita straight out of the bag and not heated.
This last order without the pita, I got sick from the lamb. Doctor said the meat was left out. Flavor good but you have to be able to eat it. Torrance location is a very slight impact but not much.

Read moreToday while i was eating my food i saw something that didnt look right in my salad i flipped over the lecttus and behold a bug one of those flying spider bugs you get in random corners in you house. It was disinergrating into my salad which i already had ate some of. So with out a fuss and a resturant full of customers i quickly walked my plate back to the cashier and she made me a new plate. I asked for a garlic butter sauce for my kid and she said i already gave you some that would be 50 cents with a attitude. I was shocked you think you would treat your customers with some kind of decency especially if they just found a bug in their food!!!! Iv worked in resturants before iv managed restaurants before. Customer satisfaction and service should mean everything but to this girl and per her words the "policy has changed" YAH you wont be seeing me or any of my family again. Read moreI come in to buy the same order of food. I always notice when there are new people and they had an attitude as soon as an elderly Hispanic lady came through. For what and I did not get the perk to stop staring at me I just don't like that type of pressure I'm not prejudiced you are prejudiced. I know this place bills nice so I'm trying to exclude the fact that the clerks are being territorial I hope I don't run into this again because I don't want to support a business with pressure.
