this is the first time I've ordered with Grainger and I don't believe that I'll do it again. I placed an order that I need right away. the reservation was for two days out. I called to let them know that I was in a hurry for this order but I could only get ahold of some customer service person in who knows where. I wanted to call the store that I'm picking it up from so that I can ask them to rush this order so if it happens to come into the branch a little early I would really appreciate a little bit of heads up to come on in. I am very dissatisfied with Grainger Stockton down to Grainger Compton. Ordered something from Stockton didn't have in stock was heading to Compton for will call there. Told it would be in Compton on Thursday by noon wasn't there promised it would be by noon Friday wasn't able to get there Friday, Monday morning go by Compton and still isn't there and again promised it would be there my noon and they gave two numbers to call and still not there. Bad experience buying from Granger, I order a dust collector and paid on line, sent my employee to pick it up the machine with the order confirmation and our company name. The Grainger employee refused to give the machine to my worker and demanded for the person who made the purchased to be present to pickup the machine with the credit card and ID , My employee told him to call the shop and confirm the purchase and offer to show his ID but was not enough for them so I end up canceling the order.
