Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord Township

Worst customer service ever, the lady at the window refuses to reach to hand you your order, our car sits low, she doesn't speak is always miserable and unpleasant, last week my girlfriend paid with a ten dollar bill and didn't get her change, we thought maybe it was a one time mistake, we just ordered today and the total was 17.78 and they didn't reach to give us our order then shut the window without giving us change or the receipt , we drove off not noticing, then realized this is the second time so drove back to the long line waited and told them it happened, they said wait two minutes and come back, so we said you stole our change last week too I'm going to call the police, so they changed it from come back later and said come to the window, the lady doesn't apologize or say one word hangs her hand out the window gives us two dollars (from the tip jar) not the 22 cents and closes the window, this is hands down the worst dunkin ever now I know why their tip jar is so full all the change they steal from their customers. I would give it no stars if possible and I'm a very easy to please person and rarely ever review any business but the experience was so bad I feel I need to...

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for 3 yours and I am a patron for at least three times a week. I changed my review from a three-star to a 1 today. The manager that is always on shift is always miserable and very rude to customers. It is very unpleasant walking into that establishment. Not only that but the service is slow and I was accused of not ordering items that the drive-through operator clearly stated back to me when the order was put through. This Dunkin Donuts has got to be the worst I've ever been to and I don't even want to go to Dunkin Donuts anymore because of it. The coffee isn't even that great oh, so the least they could do is be polite with their service. I never going back to this Dunkin Donuts again and I don't recommend it to anybody. This is the worst DD I’ve ever dealt with. I have visited this location 5x approx & there has always been something wrong or forgotten. They’ve given me wrong items and I didn’t order and never really bothered to call back or go back. This past week they gave me donuts that were OBVIOUSLY DAYS old, I could break a window with it. The other day my drink was incorrect and the lady at the window argued with me about it. While at the window I saw a worker grab money and prep food right after no washing hands no gloves. Im just not coming back EVER. I recommend NO one continues to give this place their money or waste their time going here.
