Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

Customer Service is always terrible.. I cant tell you how many time ive attempted to go back to this dunks just for the fact that its convenient for me and close to my place of work.. The employees there are ALWAYS rude and have an attitude. Last week I ordered a Latte and it was made wrong, so obviously I went back inside nicely asked them to remake it and the response I got was "well have you ever even had a latte before" in the most demeaning tone ive ever received. they even asked me for my receipt like I didn't have a steaming hot latte in my hands in there companies cup. In the process of remaking my beverage I was pretty much told I never said my order they way I did and that it was my fault not theirs. Now today despite ALL of my terrible experiences I had a co-worker attempt to just get me a drink with my ddperks ..... but nope, how could I even believe that would be possible. She wanted to do two different orders, and instead of just compromising because she was the only one even at that location, she received attitude by the worker that was there. Renee the employee then took the phone said told my friend she was "lying and that it wasn't real" because it was a screen shot.. First of all, it was certainly real and vaild, secondly, theres no need to have that type of attitude, if you don't want to work and do your job then don't even bother showing up to work. after she was told her customer service was terrible she proceeded to say "okay" nonchalantly and just shut the window. needless to say this Dunks location needs to reevaluate there staff and their management if this is how the allow there employees to act on a regular basis. Went in to get a sandwich and they say they cant make it. After working for Dunking for a year so know exactly how their sandwiches are made. I know that they can make the sandwich I asked for they just wont. The girl at the register was rude and talked to me in a condescending tone when I asked why they no longer made them she replies with we just work here. If you carry the item it can still be made. I said well they used to make them and she replies with well they USED TO...what else would you like. Teeling me we know how to do our jobs. Okay well thats fine I was simply windering why they can be made anymore and as an employee its your job to help you guest to understand why the menu items you still carry are no longer available. One of the managers there is by far the rudest person I have ever met. I go into this store 3-4 times a week to order my team coffee and before I can even tip she yelling about tips, today when I went through drive through and order 3 coffees when I got to the window one of the coffees were missing cold foam so I ask if I could just get it and she snatched the coffee from my hand before I could ask for the cream on the side for one of the coffees she stormed off. So when she got back I asked if I could get the two creams on the side and she rudely said can I get you anything else and slammed the window before i could answered I waited there so I could get my recipes and she refused.
