I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe meal and my sandwich was burnt and my fries were undercooked. I went to the counter to ask for my sandwich to be remade. I waited about 5 minutes before a manager finally came over and said she would be right back to help me. When she came back I asked her if I could please have my sandwich remade as it was burnt and difficult to eat. Her response was rude and disgusted and stated “that’s how all of those sandwiches are made but whatever!” She then just walked away and shouted to the grill to make another sandwich she then went over to the drive thru to work on orders there. My sandwich was made and then sat on the bin for another 5 minutes before she finally asked another worker to bring me my sandwich. By the time I got my sandwich my undercooked fries were ice cold. Not to mention there wasn’t a single clean table in the entire place and I had to wet napkins just to be able to clean a table to sit at. The floors were sticky throughout the whole place. When I sent an email to the corporate office about my experience they sent me 2 gift cards, one for a medium fry and the other for a sandwich I don’t even eat. McDonald’s is a complete joke. They also don’t always get the order right, even on slow nights during late hours. They also consistently try to unload old fries on unsuspecting customers, and don’t even fill the fry boxes up all the way. If you order a large fry, you might end up with a medium amount of fries. The fries are usually either undersalted or oversalted. The last time I was there, the bottom of my takeout bag somehow got wet. The drive-thru operator offered to give me another bag. But instead of removing the items and replacing the bag, she thought it would be a good idea to put the wet bag inside the dry bag. How will that help? The wet bag just made the other bag wet.. terrible example of problem-solving skills. Read moreI went here to get 5 apple pies and drinks and got a surprise for a fast food place they told me it would be 12 minutes which turned into twenty then because i had so much time on my hands i was watching how they made the food out back i notices the kid cooking the french fries stop and pick his nose and and i noticed he had no glove on and he went back to preparing the fries with out washing up first then i noticed the manager preparing food for the drive up puting food into boxes with no gloves on either and then he also wiped his nose and then took his hand and dragged it through his hair while he was reaching for some food to put in the bags for drive up And you know it just dawned on me that this might be a case of mistaken identity so thats what those little green chips on the little burgers are i always thought they were cut up pickles and the hairy secret sauce So just be careful...
