Great customer service from the 1 girl that was doing it all herself -no one would help her out .! But the onion rings were cooked to hard and the burger was so sloppy you couldnt hold it with both hands and it just fell apart.The bun was soggy and the chili was cold & the meat was almost burned and so dry it had a burned taste to it. And we waited 25 minutes for it. It sat in the window 15 minutes because I was watching. But wasn't sure it was mine there or i would have said something to them. There were 2 other ladies that was doing nothing. They should have assisted the 1 girl she was taking orders- ringing up everything-making drinks and shakes- and bagging orders . And she was answering the phone. The other ladies were acting like they didn't have to do anything and had attitudes. Also said some smart remarks to the one 1 girl that was doing everything she could herself. She DEFINITELY held her composer and never once got upset -she didn't say anything back to them . She continued her job - in which the other 2 ladies shouldn't even have a job working in customer service because they sure didn't mind LETTING everyone in the restaurant hear everything that they had to say . And they were DEFINITELY rude disrespectful and just plain hateful toward the one girl that was doing it all. I myself have 35 years customer service waiting tables taking orders just in general anything that needed to be done in a restaurant I could do including cooking - running the register- taking in stock even making out the schedule... in my time things like that they would have gotten a warning and if they couldn't do there jobs without. being so disrespectful- hateful- and rude. to there co worker and the customers They wouldn't have a job very long at all.But I have to say the 1 girl that was doing everything handled herself in a positive way - I'm sure by the end of the day I'm sure she had a lot of thoughts. but she kept them to herself. Read moreGreat food, very friendly staff! I'm used to Whataburger in Kannapolis but I visited this location bc my daughter asked for it when passing by.... Only negative is they should have a clearer line when you come in. I walked in and it was pretty packed, and so I moved to the right out of the way of the door so other people could come in.(Nobody was in line and I clearly was the next customer, all these people were waiting on orders and staff was busy filling orders) The people behind me decided to make a line on the left of the door and nobody told me, as if I was invisible standing directly in front of the register, up underneath the "order here" sign. Lady goes to take the next person's order as I'm standing in front of her so I asked if she didn't see me there for a good 5 mins.... I could tell she was about to tell me the line is "that way" (which by that time I would have been like 4 or 5th in line)... The man at the front was kind enough to let me order before him. So no problems yesterday, I know this review would be much harsher if they would have made me wait in that line, and a big scene made just bc nobody took the time to let me know, I really felt like I was being ignored. Read moreHorrific action today .I took my 85 year old Nana for lunch I ordered 1 pimento cheese sandwich and 2 drinks. As we were waiting a customer came in and said her take out order was wrong the employee started an altercation and they started fighting. The employee threw a drink at the customer. She was yelling obscenities and still throwing things. I called 911 .the customers left ,the employee was held back by 3 other employees.she was still screaming obscenities and just out of control.I asked her to please calm down because my Nana was scared. She then started cursing me.i had not yet received my food but I took Nana to the car. The police arrived and the older female employee told them a completely different account of what happened. I said I am the person who called 911 and that's not what happened. He told me to leave. I said ok and asked for a refund,I was told they didn't know how to do that. I left. We were very scared,in today's society who knew if they wouldn't resort to weapons. Nana was physically upset and shaking. I love the food but unfortunately I will never go to this location again.
