Publix what happened do you not train your employees anymore on how to bag properly? I mean it’s something as simple as putting bread in a separate bag. Or putting it on top of something else like eggs I guess which kind of makes sense but to put bread in with the broccoli so that the broccoli can crush the bread makes no sense to me. This is happened more than once not with broccoli the other items, and every time I say something they look at me like a deer in headlights why do you not simply train this in your employees? I only visit this particular Publix b/c it's near my home and I like this store. The parking lot is always clean & the employees keep the carts put away. I've only had one experience that didn't sit well with me otherwise it's the best. Great produce, delicious hot bar, fresh (even frozen items) seafood bar and the shelves are usually well stocked. Prices are steeper than I'm used to but there's items I only purchase from Publix. I'll continue...

The staff is ALWAYS polite and very helpful and the fresh areas are always fresh. That is one thing that I cam always count on is freshness. The only thing that is not good especially during these times that prices are not of control that Publix prices are higher than any other grocery store in some cases they are double than their competitors.
