Like most fast food places, it's hit or miss, which is why I am giving this Wendy's 2 stars. Walking in, the atmosphere seemed cleanly, but lacked enthusiasm. No one appreciated being there it seemed. When we ordered, we were served after the couple and kids waiting for their food (they had more than me and my boyfriend, and we didn't even receive cups right away.) After we got our food, my boyfriend's order was correct, but mine somehow was wrong. I had asked for 3 Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches and was told that there was no mustard in them, but when I opened up my sandwiches, they were 3 Cheeseburgers, complete with mustard, no lettuce, tomato, or onion like the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe is supposed to have. Now, I get mistakes happen, which is why I didn't say anything, but I do feel that my needs were not met. Customer service does not mean the customer is always right, but that also means you should try to meet the customer's needs, especially when it comes to the product you are making.

Read moreIn the past two weeks I have been here twice. Because it's convenient on my ride home after working in 12 hour day. The last time I was here the kids that were inside were doing a lot of goofing off and we're not concentrating on their job duties very well because I left without my napkins put in my bag and I also did not get a receipt. This time the person that was in the Drive-Thru had a hard time comprehending what I was ordering when it's the same thing I ordered every time I come through here. Not only that but they never bothered giving me my change they gave him my food and because I'm tired I didn't remember that the person didn't give my teams in return. Apparently that is too difficult of a task as well. I get it these kids need to have a good time when they're there but I also believe that they need to concentrate on their job and their appearances should also look like they're concentrating on their job. Jamie really needs is to learn her market and what she is competing with before being so Penny wise and dollar foolish. She acts like an extra dressing will shut the place down! She may have saved her company .10 but lost approximately 2080.00 I spend when I am eating just 5 salads a week with an average of $8 per visit not counting when my wife or kids want something. Today's refund was over $9 after I ask to cancel my order for lack of desire to be barked at by a poorly trained retail manager The icing on the cake is the only 5 star review they had was mine and now its being down graded to a 1. Before this down grade they only had a 2.6 stars overall! Now its off to Panara Bread for a hassle free fresh salad with as much f"n dressing my little heart desires!...
