Burger King — Restaurant in Conneaut

Went in today around 6:50-7:06pm. There were three people at the front counter. One young white female and another older white female and mid age white male. The young white female; walked away from the counter when she saw me and went towards drive thru area hid behind the wall and the guy was looking at her for her to take my order. The guy was shaking his head no, and the older white lady told him after about 30 seconds to a minute of them both going back and forth silently saying they didn’t wanna take my order. She told him he was on front so he had to. After that I told him politely no thank you and lefted the restaurant. I’m not going to assume but I’m going to make a bold statement if you are African-American, the Burger King here And also the small kitchen area that they have I don’t remember the restaurant name .BUT THEY Do not want African-Americans here and they will purposely act like they’re doing something so they don’t have to take your order. We have to start holding these restaurants, truckstops and establishments accountable,stop supporting them. I will never come back here again and this is my first time here and get treated this way. The manager on duty was named Valerie at the Burger King.

Update: Tried calling the GM and express my concerns. She was not interested in hearing nothing I had to say. I can see why the employees and managers act the way...

Bruger King Conneaut,Ohio Exit 241 I had a problem getting what I ordered at the drive-thru. The problem was the person in the drive-thru didn't put in the right order! How I found this out was looking at my receipt and what I asked for were different. After I left, I called the store to complain and got the supervisor on the phone it was the same person working the drive-thru. She tried to explain it away about new people and slow staff. If you have a supervisor that can't listen. She won't get orders, right? So you have sub standard employee acting like a supervisor and expecting great performance. That will only produce a mirror image. I'm thinking the GM was...

To the snobby, flat faced chick at the window on 3/6/24 @11:06 pm, you suck! You should just quit.. if you can't treat people with respect, you should get the hell out of fast food! To give attitude and curse me because you failed to do your job properly! Something as simple as filling a fry box smh....One day, the right person is gonna match your energy and give you what you deserve...In no way shape or form did you follow any of the employee codes of conduct, it's really sad that the management allows their employees to act in such a disrespectful,...
