Taco Bell — Restaurant in Conneaut

This new Conneaut, Ohio Taco Bell location has been a complete disappointment, despite being open for several months. The problems began immediately with the kiosk ordering system. Signs advertising a "check-in" feature were prominently displayed both at the kiosks and throughout the store, yet the code provided by the app was consistently rejected. When I inquired at the counter, the staff, including a "manager in training," displayed a shocking lack of knowledge, ultimately concluding that the system hadn't even been implemented yet. It's baffling that after months of operation, such a basic function is unavailable, and even more frustrating that it's still advertised.

My attempts to redeem rewards were met with similar confusion. Despite explaining my intention three times, the staff repeatedly suggested printing a receipt for me to manually import into the app, completely missing the point that I was trying to use existing points, not earn more. I eventually gave up in exasperation.

The issues continued with the food. The menu selection at this location is noticeably smaller than any other Taco Bell I've visited. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I ordered the Doritos Taco Supreme Combo, but received regular tacos. When I brought one to the counter to explain the error, a staff member abruptly snatched it from my hand and tossed it in the trash. A few minutes later, a bag containing a single, correctly made taco was dropped on the counter with my name, and the staff member vanished. I returned to my table, having been overcharged for a severely botched and frustrating meal.

Don't let the long line get you upset. Take a deep breath and think about what might be happening behind that counter. We did a mobile order. Arrived to find many people inside and a long drive through line. When we got to the speaker we were told it would be a bit of a wait due to only 2 people working. We waited 20min in line and listened to multiple people yelling at those working. When we got to the window the woman was beyond frazzled. A simple smile to her and saying to her just relax, it's ok, we are not mad. The look of relief on her face said a ton. She said she'd be right back. Her and her coworker were hustling to say the least. She gave us our order and thanked us for not being upset. People who get mad in these situations obviously are not appropriative of the 2 people who DID come to work today. They definitely did not deserve how some customers were behaving. And as a plus, our large order was perfect. Not one thing was wrong with what we ordered. GREAT JOB with just a 2 person...

My friend came to Conneaut Taco Bell not once but twice in a matter of 10 minutes. She ordered 4 chicken soft tacos, 1 nacho fry and a Baja blast freeze. They gave her a small Baja blast soda, she told them she ordered the freeze and they made her pay for both even though she did not order the soda. She gets home the tacos are wrong. 2 are supposed to be chicken with sour cream and cheese THATS IT! She got no meat and just lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. She returns the 2nd time and they give her 4 more tacos but this time they have ONLY chicken!! So we return a 3rd time and HAILEY (who is very rude) tells us we made an online order and she made everything correctly! When the first time was thru drive and the second time my friend went inside! Then Hailey tells us she can’t take the food back that we can go throw it off a bridge! What???? 24$ for some food that wasn’t even right after all those attempts. Someone needs better training and Hailey needs to learn some respect!...
