Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Connellsville Township

prior to Christmas 4 days , I placed an order : 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 fish sandwichs when we got our residents , there were 4 single cheeseburgers. I called the associate I spoke with assured me that all would be made good , I stopped this evening Feb 5 ,to have the order corrected for what I originally paid for, I ordered @ the drive thru stated my name and explained what occurred ,once my turn @ the window a Mgr approached and advised myself that it was over 30 days and so that being the Dairy Queen was not Subject to replacing my Order ,I explained once again to the Mgr what I received on the initial order her reply was I will give you 2 Fish Sandwiches because you had 2 double cheeseburgers with the four singles ( really unbelievable) add insult to her wording she was giving me, No Mam I paid for the order which was not correct the first time and now the second time I left with a incomplete order, When I asked to speak,she adv me she 2as the Mgr and telephone numbers to reach mgt are not provided, Needless to say I have always enjoyed Our Connellsvolle DQ it only takes one bad experience to...

Good food and always clean. They always seem to have a lot of employees working and a mix of ages on staff which I think is great for such a popular shop in this small city. They always have a ton of premade ice cream cakes and other goodies in the big freezers with glass doors to display. Hot foods are also always good I love the grilled chicken sandwich. This place seems very well maintained too. The parking lot is always seal coated and cracks tarred over which may sound silly to you but it shows me that the owners care about this business and provide the proper upkeep. If they're gonna do the lot I'll bet they're keeping up with the bathrooms, garbage, kitchen area and sanitizing surfaces. This is probably one of the best reviews I've given a local business. I came through the drive through and im not normally the one to complain i am normally always through but this is the second time i had come through tonight for my family asked for three ice cream sundaes and with all extra toppjngs and barley even got toppings at all and when i nicely asked for it to be added the other girl was like ok and added 2 more strawberries and then kinda shrugged her shoulders and gave a little bit of an attitude but the one was ok with it that checked out my order it was alittle upsetting just felt almost like an inconvenience to be there again I don’t normally complain.
