Dunkin' — Restaurant in Conover

Ordered a caramel crunch iced coffee and a regular hot coffee with two creams and sugar got the first coffee right with two creams in the sugar but wait until I got to the window to tell me they don’t have caramel crunch coffee like I asked for then I asked if I could re-order something else she said yes but I must pay for what I did now and go all the way back through the line so I ask one more time can I please wear a coffee now I’m here and the manager was very rude and then trying to say some kind of snide remark right before I pulled off and I heard her and I asked her what she said and she had no reply and I just simply said have a nice day this happened about two months ago from this post the manager was a shorter lady with short hair and glasses but other than that incident every time I went food has always been good and the coffees have always been good but they do have a little bit of an issue here and they’re getting the order right from the drive-through to the window but I understand...

After working at a pharmacy I became understanding of workers and customers. All you have to do is ask nicely, which I did. I asked for the regular milk in my latte to be switch to what I had ordered which was oat milk. I even told the worker that I probably didn’t say it loud enough, ultimately not putting the blame on them. However, I was met with rude service and hesitation for 3 minutes to remake the coffee. I am currently pregnant and can not have any whole milk, I find it very unprofessional and rude. Training needs to be enforced and emphasize customer service. Good service. I use the app and order ahead. I stop here EVERY 4th Saturday (work schedule. They aren't open when I go by during the week) . I used to hit Dunkin everyday. With my current job, the schedule doesn't allow it. But on my weekend rotation, I make up for it! Friendly staff, my food is always ready. I use the rewards in the app for a couple extras. (I pick up for more than myself on weekends, that's how I have the reward points. I knew what you were thinking) I love Dunkin! They've been my go to for 10+ years. When they put Dunkin in local gas stations, they got me. That blueberry coffee and iced tea won me from the get go! When they finally built stand alone shops, it was a no brainer for me.
