I stop here every few weeks and other than a few minor issues never had a reason to complain. However, I had the worst experience ever with the manager this evening. Had a big online order. Got there and they couldnāt find it. Showed my receipt and verified I was in the right place. (After she said I probably just ordered at wrong place) Said was nothing she could do so left with no food and out $60. I asked if she could check again with an order # and she said itās not there and youāre going to have to leave. Not sure what you did, asked if she could make it from email confirmation. She asked to look at the email. Nope and you have to call customer service to try to get money back. Itās not my problem and you can always go somewhere else. Completely acted like I was putting her out and was unwilling to try to help. Wouldnāt tell me her name but submitted form to try to get refund. Would give 0 stars if option.
I see the response on google and I did fill out the online response with my order # and phone contact as soon as it happened. Apparently, itās more important to address publicly than actually contact me to resolve. I mainly want my money back. And let your manager know wait until I pull away before she says she can refuse me all she wants. I got angry because she wouldnāt help but I never called her names or was ugly. So we get our food and the egg roll and the hash brown was just thrown in the bag underneath all the tacos ended up finding the egg roll eventually that was not in a bag and couldnāt even locate the hash brown and as every person knows hash browns smush easily so there was no point to even look any longer. All we wanted was 4 the order 2 be corrected. He had practically blown his top before we even complained. He would not give his name and refused 2 give the store designation number. I've had a previous conflict with the same employee at the same store before and I do not understand why he is still working in a customer service related job.
