Manager, Stephanie (only one there according to her) hung up on me twice when I called about an order. I was trying to understand why there was only one coupon used but she hung up before u could ask after I told her to cancel the order so I could come down and do it in person. The second time I told her she was rude and needed to verify people were finished and give a closing like goodbye. She hung up on me again. When I went down to order in person I asked to speak to who was in charge...guess who. Yeah. I told her I would prefer that someone be out there as witness to the conversation and she said they could hear over the speaker. Ok, fine. Her response to why she hung up....."I said ok before I hung up." Working in customer service 10 years? She hasn't learned a thing. I told her she never asked if I was done before hanging up, her response " I thought that would be rude". ?????? So she's ok if people just hang up on her, and she wonders why I was upset. She tells me "I'm running a business". Well an "is there anything else I can help you with." Would be nice. You've been in customer service 10 years and you don't know how to politely end a BUSINESS conversation? Look I manage at more than 1 job, I have 16 year olds that work for me that are more professional and polite. The topper of that was I was unable to use my Sonic card when I redid the order because it is in the app. Ah well. I did not realize I actually had cash in my center console. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never write a review for a fast food place but I had to here. We live an hour from Conroe and we were in the area because of stuff my hubby ordered there. On our way out to go back home we wanted to pick up something for the road and our 4 year old said he wanted a corn dog from Sonic. In all honesty we HATE stopping at any Sonic place because one, the people taking the order are always rude, the service is terribly slow, they ALWAYS get our orders wrong and car hopers are not friendly. Our son loves Sonic corn dogs and so we dreadfully pulled into Sonic. Well....we were blown away!!! From taking our order to waiting and bringing it out WOW just wow!!! For ONCE a Sonic made it RIGHT!!!! We didnāt have to wait an hour for our order! I so wish this Sonic was closer but we know now if weāre in Conroe again where exactly to glad fully stop for our son.
