Update 6/3/19: Last visit we had half hour drive through wait time. We went through the 2nd drive through lane, two vehicles in front of us In our lane. They cleared out 3 cars that ordered after us in the left lane, cleared the first car in our lane, and me and the vehicle in front of me sat there for 30 mins, idk how long the other person was there before us. They served at least ten vehicles. The girl working our lane seemed lost, it took forever to pay and get our change, when she brought our change she literally stuck her hand in my window and dropped the receipt and change in my truck before I could put my hand out. She then walked to the first drive through window and proceeded to discuss something with the employee and the car at that window.
I had to get someone’s attention inside and ask what the heck was going on. Finally we got our drinks and eventually got our food. Once we got our food of course half of our order was wrong and I had to park and go inside.
Management needs to get their stuff together at this location.
Original review: The Quality of product and level of customer service at this location is started to land slide in a bad way. This is our local Whataburger and management needs to step up and fix the issues with some of their staff. Over the last few months we have had an issue every time we come here, after going through the drive through, I keep having to park and go inside due to the order being wrong, or tonight half the food was cold, and had to be remade. While going back into the restaurant to the counter the one single cashier who had a line of customers was ringing up what appeared to be her friends, all the while she was trash talking her boss, in front of 6 other customer waiting in line. They were all engaged in a bashing conversation while others were waiting, and I was simply waiting to get the cold food remade.

Read moreI stopped by the drive-thru to grab an order for myself and a co-worker today (3-29-2025) and head back to work. Well I returned to the shop, ate lunch, then started cleaning up and just happened to look at the ticket that was taped to the bag. What I ordered was correct, 2 dble meat, one w/ cheese and one w/o, 2 large fries that were only half full, a large drink and large shake. Problem 1) I noticed there was a 4 Spicy PC at the bottom of the ticket, whatever that is. Idk what the 4 spicy PC was, because I didn't order it, and the second complaint is, the drink and shake were given to me as soon as I pulled up to the window to pay, but then it took 10 minutes to get the burgers and fries. First they charged me for something that I didn't order, on top of that they didn't even give me the 4pc spicy whatever. Second, why don't they bring the burger B4 the shake? Just so everyone understands my complaint today, really isn't just about today, this is the third time I've stopped at this Whataburger in 2 months and each time they have gotten something wrong on my order. My bill today was $30.24 and after spending the last 4 hours thinking about it. I decided I will leave a review for those of you that actually care about the service they might receive. It is adequate for what it is meant to be, I suppose.
However, the local unsupervised, newly permitted, barely teen/children of the upper middle-class (finding nothing better to do, nor anyone else to annoy) end up between here and the Walgreens in close proximity after being chased away from every other establishment in town; with the tenacity and ‘where with all’ to assure their customers were taken care of. The further past 5pm you visit, the more annoying these poorly raised children are. And the more plentiful. Attempt to reason with one with the altruistic goal of not running a tipsy child over, and expect only cursing and unkind gestures.
