5D Grill And Lounge — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Went to dinner with some friends. We had 7 people in our party. The service was slow, order was wrong 6 times and the waitress has to keep bringing the orders until they finally got it right. We only had seven people in our party but we were charged for 8 beverages, didn’t want to complain because our time was more valuable then the $2.50 overcharge. Ordered two burgers plain and dry only for both to come back with vegetables on them. Waitress took the burgers back only to have just taken the vegetables off and return the same burger. Only reason we figured that out is because the bun was soggy from the tomatoes and the imprint was on the bun. Child is allergic to tomatoes. Informed the waitress and she took the burger back only to return with the same Burger and a tray with a new bun and left it on the table for us to place the old burger on the new bun. Meals were brought at different times In which the first two people were done with their dinner before the rest of the party received their food. Waited 45 minutes for fries that were to come with the burger and was told they were waiting on the fries... yet tables were being served food with fries on their plates while we were still waiting. This was my first time eating at 5 D’s and I was looking forward to trying the food.... will never come return. Two stars really is actually...

Husband and I tried this place on one of the coldest night of the month and entered the establishment. First impressions was nice place, a little dark but it was late and they may have been closing soon. Either way they seated us close to the door which we did not like because everyone walking in we felt the breeze as the door opened and like I said it was one of the coldest nights of the month. But our waitress was so sweet she moved us 2 times before we found a warmer suitable area which was the an extended area with pool tables and tv. Was quite nice. Liked the big tables and chairs and the atmosphere was cozy and clean. Our food was good! We ordered wings and fried mushrooms for appetizers which were delicious. Then we ordered the steaks with garlic mash potatoes loaded and that was good too only bad thing was that the food was a little cold. But we thought since the place was cold maybe that could have been the dilemma. Either way food great just a little cold. All in all great service, great food, nice friendly vibe. Will for sure come back and try...

Ok, so it was a Saturday night just after 7pm..our poor timing for sure. We stood up front almost 5min before being greeted, party of 5, we were offered a table for 4 or a big booth. We chose the booth...1/2 of it was being used for staff and had half eaten food and drinks on it, it was not cleaned off, they just seated us on the CLEAN side! We waited about 15 min just to meet our waitress and get water, we put our order in at the same time. Another 5-10min to get our drinks. 20 min later we asked for our chips and salsa. I got my side salad at the same time, which I ate with my fingers since we had no forks, same with the table next to us. We walked over to the bar to gets drinks twice while waiting for our food. At 8:40 she came by to ck on us, we asked about our food, she said another 20-25min!!!! We paid for the chips, 2 teas and 2 salads then went to McDonalds!!!!! Not once did any anyone tell us how behind they were, we certainly would not have stayed had we...
