Even though it says they close at 10:00, you started to just close at 9:30 because it's two people there and no one in line. Apparently they don't just don't want to work anymore. God forbid they stay open at work the last half hour for us 3 wanting to eat today. If the job is too hard for you, find another job.
The following day: I came in about 11:30 or so for lunch. It was one person in front taking the orders. Apparently this was the same person doing drive-thru as well. There were two people in back making the product and there is one person at the fryer. It was not one of the new menu items on the computer and the lady out front called what sounded to be the owner. The concerns about the lack of product on the computer was made and I'm running to registers with too much and one needed to be closed. Service was slow and they're was only a trickle in of business. It was complaint from an employee that is too much, that there are short staffed. In one particular person wasn't trained in a register. Meanwhile, the guy at the fryer kept standing because there was nothing for him to do. He pulled out three orders of curly fries and back to you standing cuz there's nothing to do. And he kept looking around but he did not have any direction. Furthermore, the roast beef that I did order tasted like unclaimed dirty equipment. I spent half my life working in restaurants and that's the best way I can describe it. It was very unpleasant but it has almost been a full day without one food because they decided to come early last night. But I digress.
I've come to realize that the negative experience with this place is 100% due to the lack of leadership. Perhaps there is not a manager that's actually managed before or perhaps it's not a general manager. Perhaps his rent supposedly directly from the owner who thinks this is a turn-key business. It is not. There is no leadership in this and I do not see leadership qualities in any established employee. If it was the owner in which the employee called, then this is completely the owner's fault. In other careers, I have seen franchise been pulled from owners for less. Unless they're a major changes, I will not return here and I do not recommend this. Everything was so bad, actually bothered writing more than a one line review.
I have received food poisoning from an Arby's before. Please note it is not that this location. But it was in neglect of keeping the gyro sauce at the proper temp. I can see how this could be easily overlooked with such a mismatched place. Eat at...
Read moreThis is the worst Arby's I've been to by far. I ordered the Greek Gyro and Spicy Crispy Chicken. The meat in the Gyro was cold. Not cool or room temp, but cold. When I asked the curly haired young man behind the counter he told me they don't grill or nuke it, just take it right off the slicer. I doubt they have a vertical griller, but if do it must not be lit. Pita bread was cold but none of the Arby's grill or nuke them. They're always cold. The SGC was cool, and extremely sloppy. So much Mayo that it glopped every where and the Filet slid all over the bun. It was so bad it was almost impossible to get a bite of it. Wasteful amount of Mayo. The staff seemed to have little idea of what they were doing. Table tops were dirty. The Crinkle Fries were very hot and fresh when I received them. They got that right. I shall not return here. Worst...
Read moreDriving through we tried this Arby's on Friday night, amazing. Came back again tonight since it was such a positive experience and tonight we were greatly disappointed. The food was not fresh, room temperature at best. The roast beef was more chip chopped then slices so it fell apart and went everywhere. The staff here is extremely confused on their roast beef deal. Is it 5/$10 or 4/$10? Last time we got 4 and today we got 5. Both receipts say 5/$10 but Lady Lu assured me last time it was only 4 sandwiches for $10 not 5. Tonight an elderly lady wasn't given a drink carrier for her 3 drinks, then handed a bag of food. Then she dropped her food on the floor. No one but my husband helped her. She wasn't offered a new bag either. This is not how we treat people, especially our elderly.
We won't be returning. So...
