I’m not very adventurous with my food choices, but as I age I have expanded somewhat. This style of food was out of my comfort zone… but when our large group arrived and I peered from the outside at the kitchen area and saw the chicken kabobs being grilled, I decided to dive in and give it a try. That first bite was something else! So I reached down deep and branched out to trying their “hot salsa”… it wasn’t hot, in my opinion, but it did have a strong taste of cilantro, which I thoroughly enjoyed! Lastly, I’ve never tried naan bread… it’s like a thick tortilla… I fell in love at first bite! Needless to say this was a unique dining experience for me and I have zero regrets. Their options are plentiful from various protein choices to a slew of vegetable options. If you happen to stumble upon this place, count your blessings because it was worth every penny. I was also inspired by the fact that it’s a local, family owned restaurant and not a chain. The staff was very friendly and helped me order my god the way I wanted it. Attached is a photo of the inside where you place your order and another photo of my friend’s plate as I ordered just the kabob and naan bread.

Features the typical problems of most kacob places, from the inexplicable styrofoam plates too delicate for the utensils and rice piled so high it scatters everywhere, to bad capacity planning and lengthy waits (very small kitchen for a place that seats 80+). Rice was both brown and white (no saffron though, unfortunately) and seasoned well; bread was decent, hand stretched, and appropriately portioned if you aren't planning on using it as a utensil; channa was more curried than I like it, but not bad; green sauce was on point; salad had kale, tomato, and two slices of cucumber (one of which I immediately dropped in my lap trying to stop the rice from cooking the lettuce) Only real complaint would be the order taker. They would benefit from hiring someone resturant-industry to work the front counter. Ethnic/family places aren't without their own charm, but I draw the line at rude service.

Very nice and clean place. Just stumbled upon this place for lunch. The menu has several options to choose from. My friend ordered the lamb chops platter and I ordered the lamb platter. Both came with two types of rice, salad and fresh bread. The seasoning was just right. The lamp chops tasted awesome. The seasoning was unbelievable. I never tasted lamb chops like that before. Only negative was that I was expecting a side dish like you see at other kabob places like vegetables or chickpeas. Two different types of rice is redundant and a very cheap alternative to real side dishes. I will be back to try the other dishes but I will ask to substitute a side dish for the rice.

I love the food of this place as I have been going here for years. However, I never wanted to bring this out as I can understand having a bad day. The store closes at 9pm. Me and my family were dining there and arrived at the store at 8pm sharp. The first reaction i got after we gave our order for dine in was a very unpleasant attitude and no welcoming feeling at all from the hispanic male at the cashier. I guess he was not happy that we had to dine in and we were gonna have him and the staff leave the store late after 9pm. Anyhow, while I was dining in, i wanted to place a to go order and that was around 8:35pm. He declined to take my order at first and i said dont worry we will not eat it here and we will take it with us and then the female cashier said normally we dont take orders after 8:30pm at all. But anyhow i got the order placed and while i was waiting from 8:30pm to 9pm, there were numerous phone calls ringing, and not any of the staff picked up any call. I think if that is the case then they should change their hours till 8pm because if its open till 9PM, then someone should be attending customers till 9PM. Anyhow the order we had placed to go, since I could see they were in a rush to wrap up and leave the store early, the lamb chops we ordered were very raw and not cooked well at all. Infact two of the pieces we had to discard. Very disappointed about this service as the food is most of the time very good but the service and treatment of customers has to improve if they want...

Been going here for many years but in the past year. Good food. Stingy attitude over a cheap product: rice. Paid extra $7.49 for a 2nd skewer of chicken, subbed salad with extra rice. Upon pickup, rice portion was still unusually small, so asked if they could fill up the rice area like normal, and then was told by the older worker he's going to have to charge more (you didn't even give the normal amount). Around 8 breads were sitting in a bag and they tried to give me an old bread, which is not enjoyable as it gets hard like cardboard when not hot & fresh. So I asked them to just replace the 16" bread with extra rice. Instead of a normal portion of rice, was given what looked like about 5 tablespoons. The man tried to package it quickly so I wouldn't't see the small amount given. I took it out of the bag to inspect and his face got uncomfortable when I opened the container to discover his cheap move. He looked embarrassed when I looked up. At least 1 to 2 cups of rice as a substitute for the bread is reasonable, or basically, double the rice of a normal order. The beef kobeeda (get well done) and chicken kabobs are both very good. Well seasoned. White and green sauces...
