El Patron — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Me being from outside of Wartburg I have a local Mexican Restaurant that I go to. I consider the food and atmosphere at my local spot to be a 10 out of 10. El Patron would be a 9 out of 10. A 9 out of 10 is a great score too. Loved the enthusiasm of our server, he was awesome. I noticed everyone else's service with the other servers was great too. The food and atmosphere was only slightly lower than my local spot. And I mean only slightly. The food was awesome at El Patron and so was the atmosphere, so don't think that me giving it a 9 is a slight against the place. Plenty of restaurants have gotten a 5 or lower for various reasons. I absolutely love this establishment, the staff, the food, and the prices. Jessica is always whom we ask for. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and an extremely hard worker. Please, ask for her when you eat there. The kitchen staff is amazing as well. Food is always cooked exactly as you request. All the servers work together as well to ensure that all guests are taken care of, and it is one of the best quality, Mexican Restaurants I have been to. It is always clean and smells good. The food was on point! They seemed to do a pretty decent amount of business. Everyone in our party was pleased with their order and there was seven of us so that was pretty good. The only reasons I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the first table they sat us at had water dripping onto the table from the ceiling, probably from the A/C unit as it was hot outside. Our server didn’t bring one of the dessert orders, and we never saw him again to rectify it, but it wasn’t on the check either so he may not have heard it.
