If giving no stars was an option, than that would be selected. The food took more than 45 minutes to get for a simple order of chicken tenders and french fries with 'toast'. The 'toast' was a half piece of plain bread, and when asked where the other piece was, I was told I'd 'just have to wait on it', which took 15 minutes additional for, again,plain bread. The chicken was mostly fat, and what wasn't was burnt breading. The french fries were soggy and made mostly of grease, and tasted of old freezer. Despite taking 45 minutes to receive food, it was cold upon coming, despite being assured it would be fresh and hot and ready in 15-20 minutes. This was also a take-away order, and I paid upon ordering and waited in store. The booths for waiting were disgusting and unclean. After 20 minutes of waiting to get the food, I asked the waitress, who said she would be ready to take the order. When I explained that I had paid, and showing both her and the cashier the receipt for the purchase, they still said I'd have to order and pay again to receive my meal. I demanded a manager after trying to explain I had already paid, and the manager repeated that I would need to re-order and pay again. After going back and forth, raising voices and being brushed off, the manager went to the back and brought out a take-away bag that contained, you guessed it, my order, which by now was stone-cold and missing half of the 'toast'. I would never eat here again, and if I could, I would condemn the place for its filth and quality. I definitely do not like to see the people working the flat top smoking while cooking, or the wait staff eating in the back then carrying out food.

In short: disgusting inside, poor service, even lower quality food, disrespectful and hateful employees/managers, and too long of wait time for cold food. For this price and wait time, you'd be better off driving to Kingsport (some 30 miles away) shopping at the grocery, taking the food home and cooking it yourself. Tried again to call a year later no answer Once I arrived I found out the phone was unplugged which is why they don't answer the phone I ordered a western omelette add jalapenos and a biscuits and gravy and I did not get a western omelette with jalapenos I received an omelette with tomatoes green pepper and ham chunks. The cook told me that they did not have any biscuits for my biscuits and gravy so I said that's fine I'll just take bread instead so he gave me toast with no gravy but I was still charge for the biscuits and gravy

I was calling for 20 minutes with no answer. Drive down to place my order 20 minutes before close and the grill is "shut down for the night". Asked why they didn't answer the phone and the cook responded because they were busy. Waitress was out back smoking and never bothered waking in. Inside looks spotless like they hadn't had costumers in over an hour. And then telling someone to place their order online in scenario would have just lead me to losing money and not getting food, since the location was still open when I called and arrived yet the...

Came down today to eat sat here for 15mins with no drink, no one taking our order. There was a few people inside. 2 cooks and a waitress after 30 mins our order was taken, still not right... the burger we go had stell bread no letruce, tomatoes, or pickles, fries was luke warm, no strawberries on waffle, there was tables pulled up everywhere with no attempt to clean them. A group of 5 left bc they were not waited on or seated. Finally another lady came in and cleaned tables..while I stated I wish Britney was here... she started being unprofessional talked about she wasn't Britney and wasn't going to be compared to her to another co-worker. While I know times is hard to find workers, this is ridiculous. 2 other groups are sitting here as I type this out still waiting on food.
