I usually really like this place. Don’t get me wrong, the food is nice, but the wmployees are poorly trained and frankly seem like they’re on something. I ordered over the phone, paid in person and waited in the store for my food. There was some confusion and apparently they have my food away to someone else. The employee who conducted the transaction seemed to forget who I was and thought I was with door dash. Even after I explained that she had literally just helped me, she seemed confused. I had been waiting for awhile at this point and everyone still seemed confused about my continued presence. Which is really weird. Usually when you pay for food the next expected thing is that you’ll get it. Either way, nobody at the store made any offer to make right of the situation and when I asked they fumbled through the computer for awhile and essentially shrugged and said, “Sorry I don’t know how.”

Read moreThere was quite a wait for our two meals to arrive after ordering. Unfortunately, my sweet potato fries weren't hot when I got them and they were a bit overcooked. I ordered the pulled pork burger which was great aside from not being able to finish the burger because the bun got too soggy. While I was waiting for my food, I did notice an employee scooping ice with the actual cups themselves and not an ice scoop. A bit disappointing considering they have their serve safe certificates hanging on the wall just 10 feet away. Read moreWalked in at noon today and before us, a couple entered and then a family with three children also entered. The waitress asked us if we would be carrying out or dining in and we said dining in and she rudely told us to sit wherever. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was overwhelmed and annoyed by the 7 people that walked in right before us, but the attitude and annoyed look on her face was enough to make us turn around and walk out. We all get that the service industry can be tough, but walking in and feeling unwelcomed is not a good look for a relatively new business. Hopefully if/when I go back, the service will be much more welcoming...
