I go to this McDonald's often because it is the only thing besides Arbys close to my work. Very VERY rarely do I have good service here. Most of the time the bread is hard and theres pickles on my food after I ask for no pickles due to an allergy. On this visit I went through the drive through and ordered my food, took forever, like 10 min to get to the window to get my food. My fries were mush and cold, I had no issue waiting for fresh fries. I pull forward and 5 min into it they bring me a bag and shove it in my window. It wasnt my food. I waited for 18 minutes before I went in to see why I had someone else's food and no fries to my order. They had no clue I was even there. I asked for fresh fries again, went out to my car they said they would bring it out. The employee came out walked to another car (spot 2 for pulled people)and put the bag in that car, the person in that car had the bag in their car for several minutes while the employee waited outside that cars window the guy in the car handed it back to that employee. At this time another employee came out to hand out orders to the other cars pulled only she had a brain she asked if my order was such and such and I politely said no she asked what I was waiting on I told her fries. She said he just brought them out, I replied yes he did but he gave them to the wrong car and I would like ones that other people havent stuck their hands in. She said absolutely. The first employee came over to my window and tried shoving the bag of fries that everyone has handled in my window. I said no thank you I would like fresh ones he then got an attitude saying these are fresh. I said yes but you put them in the wrong car. He got an attitude and went inside. I had been there for about 35 minutes at this point and decided to pull my sandwich out and eat it. When I did the bun was literally harder than stale toast. It crunched when I pushed on it. I took my food inside and talked to the manager. A different manager who refunded my money and made fresh everything that took about 8 more min. I appreciate her doing this. The second manager and the second employee that came out to my car and asked if it was the right order need 5 stars and a pat on the back. It took 45+ min to get 3 mcdoubles 3 small fries and a #1. Read moreI ordered a quarter pounder w cheese. First , my burger looked like the meat for the cheeseburger, not the quarter pounder. Secondly, my cheese was not melted. I asked if I could get a burger prepared better, and the manager was rude to me and said no, with a nasty attitude, and proceeded to give me my money back. When I said I was not asking for my money back, I'm asking for a better prepared burger, he rudely refused. I'm not even sure if he refunded me the correct amount for the burger only since I had already eaten a few of the hard cold fries and taken a sip of the frozen Coke. However, management members Robert and Krislyn have 0 customer service ability and should not be managing a team in regards to customer service at all. An order was placed through their app before cut off time for breakfast, we drove to pick it up, it says if you having an issue to go in and speak with a crew member. This was done. By the time it was said and done it was 11:33 "lunch time" order was placed during breakfast time. Theu refused to make it after breakfast,refused a refund said it had to go through the mobile app. And refused to correct the issue in any way. As well as the 2 managers (who answer the business phone with "hello") argued with me over the phone, laughed at my frustrations, and told me no.
