Panda Restaurant — Restaurant in Conway

I’ve been coming here for well over three years now, and I can’t believe I haven’t left a review! The staff, from the cooks to the cashier, are so incredibly friendly. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you leave with one as well. The family here at Panda are very proud of the food they prepare and serve, and the quality is always impeccable. This is the ONLY Chinese restaurant that I’ve gone to that I’VE NEVER GOTTEN SICK FROM!! It’s always clean!! My husband and I have ordered many different dishes from their menu and have never been disappointed. I’ve also asked about dishes on their menu that I haven’t tried, and they are always more than happy to tell me about them, and I usually end up trying it! They love their customers, which is something that sets them apart from the other restaurants in the area. They have very reasonable prices, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank just to have some great food! Was in Conway for an appointment that took too long; we were starving! "Panda" came up on our search, and it was 4 minutes away. Went inside, didn,t expect much. Boy, were we surprised! Hubs ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken combo, I had the Sesame Chicken combo. There was more than enough for a hearty lunch. The fried rice had a delicate smoky flavor, every bite of chicken was tender ( no hard pieces like in most restaurants), and the egg rolls were stuffed full of tender cabbage and shredded meat. The server was friendly and funny, and seemed to have a rapport with everyone who came in. Horrible. Ordered General Tso's spicy, and it was not at all. Also ordered a mild version, and they both tasted exactly the same. No peppers or pepper flakes. One order had zero broccoli. Chicken fried rice was flavorless and had no vegetables at all, just rice and chicken. Asked for fortune cookies but got none. And when I pulled the food out of the bag I found that whoever packed it up put the flimsy styrofoam container on the bottom with three heavier containers on top. The syrofoam container was totally crushed and the rice was all over the bottom of the bag with all of the sauce packets stuck in it that the cashier had thrown into the bag when I paid for my order, with his dirty hands.
