Sharpiros Pizzeria — Restaurant in Conyers

Unacceptable! We went in yesterday off a ticketed online order at 7:50. Food was to be ready by 8:35. We got there at 8:32. Asked for our ticket and they said give us five minutes. But there was so much confusion in there that we knew, our order had not been prepared. People were waiting so we were thinking, this food has to be worth it! Until we seen on the wall there will be no refunds for any reason. Normally we would leave when experiencing something like this but it seemed everybody liked this food so we were patient. Plus we paid $40. The place closes at ten and we were the second to last customers to leave. Mind you people came in and got orders way after us. So we were forced to sit in there to what felt like a sauna it was so hot. But we didn’t want to keep being looked over, They offered us all kinds of things to appease us, but mostly it was to get out of there on time. For instance, we ordered a veggie pizza “slice”. But we were asked if we were vegan and that he’d give us half a pizza so long as we didn’t mind pepperoni. My girlfriend was like just say yes so we can get out of here and eat. So I said nothing. We watched a cashier make our salad. She didn’t wash her hands and kept going in and out the building and taking orders. We decided in our heads we would not eat it. Then she came to us after over two hour after our ticket time that she was going to make our wings and fries and that our pizza was almost ready. Give her 7 minutes. I’m joking but it felt like she forgot to add a zero. But we wasn’t about to let her make the main entrees. The salad was remained and finally at 9:58 we received our complete order. The pizza reminds me of school lunch that’s been sitting out for days. Girlfriend said the salad was good but… I mean how can you mess up veggies? The wings were so crispy and crunchy and flavorless we knew we was getting the I’m ready to get off order. We didn’t complain enough and we take ownership of that because those who did got orders faster. But dang y’all know we was waiting and could’ve gave us quality food. I mean liken the chicken to kettle cooked plain lays. And I made a specific instruction not for the wings to be crispy. I hate making reviews like this but 7:50-9:58 for that inedible food is ridiculous. And we left too late to get anything else as most things were closed. Horrific, Unacceptable, and Disgusting. All and all we may give it another try to come at an earlier time but we were displeased. The only reason why we would considered coming back is because I seen the chaos, something about this place brought a lot of people and they’ve just opened recently. I knew they were over worked yesterday and I can tell they all needed rest. They smile no matter how upset people were and that I applaud. So we will reconsider. I just cannot underscore our experience and pray they get this in order...

I wish I read the reviews prior to coming. We came as a group of 4 adults to try out Sharpiros. Im not going to lie we saw the Viral video and was like let's eat. We arrived at about 7:30 and looked over the menu. After we figured out Life, we order 2 half pizzas, a philly, and Italian fried rice. That order was placed at 7:47pm. We noticed a sign posted on the back wall of wait times. We understood a wait up 50mins and accepted. We had good conversation and about 40mins in opened or drinks cause we knew in about 15mins we would have our food. After about 20 times of the same song on repeat we noticed that it was now 8:55pm... we asked when our food would be ready and was told it's coming out now. At 9:20pm we all got up READY TO LEAVE, REFUND PLEASE cause this is CRAZY. At that moment standing at the counter for another 5mins we received our food. By this time our can sodas were empty and we had to "ask" for another since we waited almost 2 HOURS!!!! The food was okay, our philly pizza was missing a LOT of meat. The other pizza ISN'T what we ordered and if it was the description needs be change cause it was FULL of everything but MEAT. Pizza was very dough like soft. However we were HUNGRY so we ate. The price for what you receive OVERALL wasn't worth it UNLESS you call in your order AT LEAST an hour and a half before arriving. They had us look at our food and our HUSBANDs were cool with just eating after finally receiving SOMETHING but we also knew to have it FIX was going to piss us off more and TAKE AN HOUR. Some things aren't worth it. However as for US we WON'T be returning. As a business owner CUSTOMER RETENTION is EVERYTHING it will make or break your business. I feel if they invest in more or better ovens it will increase speed and reduce STRESS. I hope our review helps this company work on its problem so that your one day at a space with the line WRAPPED around...

Called ahead of time to place my order. I was on hold for 10 min. Someone finally took my call, and I said, "Can I place an order for pick up.. can I have a pizza pie half cheese, half peppers and onions" the guy taking my order was multitasking with another customer said to hold on a min. Came back and made me repeat my order, which I did. I come pick up my order. I notice he's very jittery because of how busy it was which is understandable. The guy then grabs my order, opens the box for me and I only see HALF a pizza pie with peppers and onions. I told him that's not what I ordered. And for the third time repeated my order. He says "I heard half a pizza with peppers and onions". I said no and repeated my order a fourth time. He then asks if I want the other half cheese pizza. I said yes please. He goes to the register and says "that's going to be $15.99". The AUDOCITY to charge me for HIS mistake and not owning up to HIS MISTAKE. I expected for my order to be corrected without money coming out of MY pocket. Why should I be paying for your mistakes. I simply said nvm it is what it is. He then says "Sorry". I come home and food was just awfully made. My wings were rubbery, and my pizza was burnt. I couldn't even argue about the pizza being burnt since I was just so upset how they handled my situation. I understand you were probably just so busy, but at least either refund me or correct the problem without me having to PAY AGAIN for the mistake YOU were responsible for. I was so dissatisfied after always being such a loyal customer. Not anymore. Also DO NOT respond back with the "Hello Yasel we are so sorry your experience and money matters to us please call us ask for Vic we must correct your problem".
