McDonald's — Restaurant in Cool Valley

Absolutely Horrible! Went to this location because its right down the street from my office so I could get everyone a quick lunch. I was there for almost 30 minutes. They were nice taking my order which was only $15.00. I asked for 3 fresh chocolate chip cookies and fries (their always cold) which usually take 2-3 minutes. They gave me my order immediatly at the window. The fries were already cold and hard and then they had me pull forward and said it would be 4 minutes for the cookies. I ended up waiting 20 minutes. A Manager walked the wrong order to me already and I told her what I was waiting for and then she came to me again ten minutes later and I told her I was still waiting on the cookies. She then yelled to the lady at the window and said to get me a tub and that i have been waiting for 20 minutes. I thought it was going to then be taken care of until she came back out with the 3 cookies I ordered and they were cold and hard. This place is joke and all of these employees need to be fired including the managers and new people hired who actually want to work. Our office will never go to this...

This is the closest to my house. Negatives: NOT ENOUGH STAFF. I know ppl that applied to work there & even after talking to the hiring manager & they have experience, they never called. I recieved a sausage McMuffin this morning & it was hard & you could tell by the way the cheese looked, it was OLD. Postives: the food is usually hot. Negatives: I watched a manager throw a sandwich because the crew was slow making food. (Probably because they're soooo short staff) EDIT: Tonight I went & ordered & the person on the speaker asked me after I recited my entire order about the drinks. When I repeated the drinks & sizes, he/she said, "that's not what I asked you." I told them they didn't have to be rude & they replied they weren't being rude. 1st of all I'm not your child...that's not how you address a customer. I will never buy another French Fry from this location. I will drive another 10 minutes...

the employee at the register had an extremely difficult time trying to get my apparently complicated order of 2 double cheeseburgers right and had even more trouble with scanning the coupon on my phone with the device that has one purpose scanning coupons my buy one get one for 25 cents cost 4bucks And the employee insisted that the price was right and the coupon was on there I paid so I could have my receipt the manager shoe fix the problem I immediately realized what was wrong she did not ring up 2 double cheeseburgers had instead had two McDoubles which was why the coupon failed to register and the employee just lied after 20 minutes of waiting and getting yelled at by the manager for not just taking the mcdoubles she said I was going to have to wait until she was ready to fix it and I left reminding myself something I already had known don't go to ...
