Typically a good location. One of the few places I will wait in a drive thru. Well, after tonight, not gonna happen. Super busy, but manageable. Paid and parked as directed. Waited....waited....waited. Order after order being filled. For background my order was a couple of burgers with no add-ons or substitions, two fountain drinks, onion rings, and cheese curds. Nothing difficult or out of the ordinary requiring special attention. I ended up asking a food runner (who was bringing another order to yet another vehicle) to find and figure out my order ASAP. Not happy at this point. Nothing. Nobody. I find the phone number online and call it. About mid conversation with whomever was stammering on the phone a manager (I presume) came out with my order. I questioned how long it had been sitting and got a lame excuse how some things take longer then others to cook. Really? Two off the menu burger basket choices and the extra item was cheese curds? So the large bags of orders handed out well after I paid and parked miraculously took less time then my small bag? So after some words because I called him out on lying I was told I wasn't welcome, yet the guy wouldn't get out of my way so I could safely back out. I literally had to tell him to get out of my way so I could leave. Whomever he was got caught lying, wouldn't own up to it, and in the end my last words were for him to figure out how to do their jobs.
What that person doesn't realize that if I was really that desperate to have Culver's again, I have another location equal distance. Odds are Culver's won't be seeing a dime from me for quite some time considering the pluthera of choices around me not including Door Dash or Grubhub. From start to finish I wasted 40 minutes to be told not to come back....

Last four times going through the drive-thru and having a small order of a burger and fries and drink or even maybe just fries with a side of gravy and a drink etc., I am always told to pull over and they put that number ticket on my window and usually after a 5-10 minute wait I receive the food I ordered and to make it worse you would think the food is hot but no it's warm may be room temperature when I do receive it. But this was the last straw for me tonight when after waiting quite a long time inline because there was cars ahead of me I finally got to the window and I received my 4 piece chicken tender basket but AFTER he handed me my food he came back to the window and told me to pull up?! now I am totally familiar with this procedure because four or five times I have done it but this time I can't believe that I was asked to pull up because there was a wait on my shake?! I told the employee named Anthony who rudely informed me he was the crew leader, no, I was not going to pull up! Long story short I asked for the manager I think his name was Blake can't remember his name but I do remember Anthony,s name because he was very very rude but Blake was very respectful very nice and very apologetic I did pull up as instructed and Blake brought my shake out to me rather quickly! I can understand being short on help and having a busy Rush but there's no reason to have to be insulted by a young teenager when I am already frustrated about the situation! We ordered 2 regular sized mixers and when we got to the window and paid which I thought was a little spendy, the lady had made 3 small mixers. No wonder the price. I explained to the lady we'd asked for just 2 and regular sized. She began to argue with me saying "Well that's what you ordered" I politely said no i didn't. She rolled her eyes and scoffed and said well do you want these or do i have to make you new ones. I said that id like to have the 2 we ordered and also reimbursed for the 3rd mixer. She handed me the money difference from the 1 small mixer. She then rang up the 2 mixers I ordered and said I owed her money again! I said you already have my money and you're expecting me to pay more? Why didn't you just use the money you gave back? She then got the "manager" that proceeded to tell me yet again that this is what I ordered so I'll have to pay for it. I said absolutely not! This isn't what i ordered, she still has my money and now i just want my money back. The manager said I had to pay for what was made and I said you've gotta be kidding me! Im not paying for something I did not order or taking! Please just give me my money back and I'll be on my way and never come back. The "manager" as she hands me my money says "well it is your fault, you ordered it" I just left. As I was driving my son counts the money and she ripped me off a dollar. Not a big deal but it was actually my son's money. He was treating me. He's only 17. So all in all, pretty crappy first time. Someone should teach these people to also not argue...
