Growing up in Fairlawn in the 70's, Rizzi's was our go-to pizza. It is my gold standard for pizza: crispy outside and bottom crust, medium thickness yeasty crust, rich sauce, plenty of gooey cheese, curled, slightly greasy, pepperoni cups on top. The Fairlawn location closed a long time ago. I was back visiting after 50 years and it while it wasn't as good as I remembered, it was still pretty darn good and hit a lot of the same notes. Service-wise, it was carry-out only and the guy behind the counter had plenty of attitude, but didn't matter to me. They also charged me 10 cents each for paper plates which made me laugh.

OMG, after 9 years Living in the area, we finally give a chance to this place, and I highly recommend it, now I regret not coming here sooner, the Italian Fried chicken is one of the best I ever had, my wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan sandwich it was good, also worthy to Mentioned couple of weeks earlier I ordered a large pizza (pepperoni, blackboard mushrooms) it was delicious for 20 USD , I can barely eat 2 slices, they are heavy and delicious. We will be back soon.

went for the first time because I had an Entertainment Book coupon and it is always being delivered to the customers at my job (smelling very delicious). the server was lovely. my sister and I ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms and got side salads. Rizzi's has some of the best tomato sauce I have ever tasted & the garlic bread was pretty good as well. everything was fresh and came out in good timing. I would love to visit again sometime soon.

Rizzis has been a family favorite of ours for years for both their ice cream and pizza. However tonight the treatment received but what I can only assume is there manager was pathetic. Anyone who has ever been to Rizzis knows that the the service at the custard window is hit or miss. It can be very quick or VERY slow. However the young women who work the window are always very polite and we have come to just except the slow service. This evening after my daughters band concert there was a line inside and outside. It was a bit chilly so we decided to go inside for our ice cream and jojos, which we have done several times before. After standing at the counter for about 15mins with zero service....not even a "We will be with you in a minute" A man came out of the kitchen with a bag of peanut to give to the young ladies at the custard window. These young ladies were working very hard and were quite busy. The man however was doing a lot of wondering around and was quite agitated for what ever reason. One of the young ladies asked my 9yr old what he wanted and he responded that he wanted a small twist. As the young lady was taking his order the agitated little man walked past her and pointed to the sign on the freezer and said if we were ordering ice cream we had to go outside to do it. The "MAN" then walked away leaving this young lady to deal with our family who now has waited in the restaurant for 15min for service and has been told to tell us to go outside and wait in the lengthily line that has formed in the 15 min we have been waiting. To that "man" I say you are a tiny little man and obviously a coward. I tried to speak to you to ask you a question and you turned and walked away. If you hate your job take what I can only assume are you plentiful knowledge of pizza and find a new one. There is no need to be rude to me or my children. There is no reason to try and enforce a rule by telling the busy young lady to do it and they run away like a little boy. I was a paying customer and you were a disrespectful angry little man. You have lost us as customers. We will take our business to Welches or to...

Long review, but I wanted to make sure that the world knows just how delicious this restaurant is. In addition to being the only pizza/pasta/fried chicken/frozen custard place I’m aware of, they rank pretty high in all categories. They make great food at a good price. You can taste the love in each bite. Also, I don’t know how they do it but when you order delivery, the food is every bit as hot, fresh, crispy and fantastic as it is dine-in! Nothing arrives sad or soggy like it does from other pizza shops in the area.

Tonight I had the pleasure of enjoying their fried chicken for the first time. MOVE OVER, BARBERTON CHICKEN! Hands-down the BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had! Crispy, crunchy, tender, juicy, well seasoned and full of flavor. In fact, my super picky kiddo who never eats bone-in chicken just ate every bite asked for seconds.

The pizza is fantastic. You can tell it’s homemade and they have a lot of toppings to choose from. The cheese strings well when you take a slice. The pepperonis have crispy edges. My favorite pizza toppings are bacon and green olives. It’s rare to find green olives offered as a pizza topping.

I always get “those potatoes” (jojos made the Rizzi’s way) They’re huge, piping hot, well seasoned, crispy on the outside, melt-in-your mouth on the inside.

Best frozen custard in the area. Smooth, silky, creamy — everything a frozen custard should be! Large portions on this one, friends, so order wisely (or get your custard in a cup...

When I moved here I ordered pizza here. It was great. I had many deliveries over the years. Lately, things have gone downhill drastically. Last order I picked up was wrong. When I told them they acted like it was my fault. It had meat on it and I don't eat meat. They also made a point to say give this to the vegetarian in a mocking way. Today, I have a friend over. We called for a delivery at 5:43. I was told 45 minutes. At 1 hour I called to see where the pizza was. I was told, oh no, it's at least 1 1/2 hours. I called at 2 hours and was told it had to be on its way. 2 1/2 hours i was told they went to the wrong place. My address is in their file. They were going to deliver me a cold pizza. I said no. Then they said it would be here in 20 minutes. I asked for a credit and was told no, not if you're getting a pizza. I admit I swore at this point, apologized and said they'd never hear from me again. They've gotten too big and can't handle all the business so their service is now horrible. Also their...
