Went for breakfast and lunch. It was pretty much empty maybe 3 tables. It was 11:30am. Seated our self (my first time, my daughter had been there a few) water came right away. Then ...Nothing. After about 10 minutes and other people coming in and getting drink orders in I finally flagged the server down and asker him if we could order. We ordered drinks and entrées as we were more than ready. I ordered breakfast my daughter wanted pasta. After seeing more people come in and order and start eating our server came and told us they were out of the pasta my daughter wanted, this was no less that 30 minutes after we ordered. Wondering why it took that long for them to decide to start our order and figure out they had none he asked us if she wanted a substitute we asked how much longer, he went and asked said it would be 5 minutes. We said fine. Make note my water glass and OJ has been empty with no attempt to bring another. Finally 10 minutes later the food came. It was sub par just basic eggs and frozen pasta. At 12:58 we were done and he brought us refills??? I ate my entire breakfast with no drink. He was very bust helping the other 3 tables he had I could not even make eye contact with him to ask. I would also like to mention there were several other servers with what looked like no issues. My daughter who was a server for many years and sympathizes with all servicers working for tips even said it was awful service and to only leave a 18% tip when my tips will at least be 20%. That's pretty bad. Its a shame they are very close and we have a regular place we like in Parkland but wanted to find a place a little closer. Oh well back...
Read moreWe came at 3pm on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. But for a 3pm on a Sunday I think that's normal. It was filled with what looked like regulars so that was a good sign.
Our waiter seemed new, but was delightful. Understood our orders and wrote them down.
I was asked what bread I wanted for my egg sandwich. I was a bit confused, egg sandwiches usually come on a roll, so I obviously said a roll. He didn't exactly give me options. Little did I know that roll cost me an extra 50 cents.
If a egg sandwich doesn't come on a roll what does it come on? White bread? Ew.
We asked for the bacon and home fries crispy, good thing we did. They came out great.
Our food came relatively quickly.
The 2-2-2 came out good, the French toast was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. We just wish there was more flavor. More cinnamon.
The egg sandwich has the right amount of bacon for eggs. If the egg had been just a bit runnier it would have been a perfect NYC deli sandwich. Crispy and gooey. Notes for the chef!
It was a peasant experience on a Sunday afternoon. Just don't expect to be rushed or in and out in a hurry. It's a very slow paced...
Read moreJust left the restaurant. This was my first experience here and most certainly my last. The waitress was completely unprofessional. We ordered a kids meal and four adult meals. The kids meal came out twenty minutes AFTER the adult meals. The waitress was rude and had an attitude about the whole situation. Two side orders of fries were missing and one meal was charged extra for onion rings, but fries were brought. When we asked the waitress to fix it, she said “Okay. Okay.” Then she comes back ten minutes later with ONE order of fries and the onion rings. The part-owner of the company didn’t seem to care at all. The food was great, but there is ZERO professionalism in this establishment. The waitress wants to whine and complain she has too many tables, but when we left, there were SEVEN tables total with people being served in the whole restaurant. I’ve been in customer service. I get it. It’s not easy. Mistakes happen, but it’s all about how you rectify, and they did a horrible...
