The Old School spot in Corcoran is worth visiting. Mario is a proud Corcoran citizen who has a passion for his business, his community and making some of the best homemade bread, ¡y a mano!

The best time to get there is about 10:45-11:00, right when he is pulling out the bread from the oven!

His food is also one of the most affordable restaurant in Corcoran. Mario’s menu at La Perlita is simple and you can still adjust any dish to your own liking. For four people during one of my lunch runs: 2 asada fries with everything, a burger meal and a half chicken and half asada with everything plus all drinks, only $35.00 bucks…

Definitely coming back more often. Way better food quality compared to other locals. Especially some of these recent taco trucks with some of the greasiest tacos… THANKS, Mr. Mario!

The gentleman there makes his bread fresh everyday I like to order the torta he has a lot of me the bread is so soft and a has a good taste to it it comes with fries and a regular sized soda for $10 literary I could buy two orders of it and eat it that's how good it is I have an order anything else so far I'll keep you updated you should try this spot I mean the food is good it's not the look it's the taste and the look itself at this place it's good what are my co-workers was tell me about this please and I gave it a try...

I was in town today and found this little gem. My friend ordered the Carnitas tacos. He got three of them plus a soda for five bucks. He raved about the tacos being the best he had had in sometime. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo that came with a burger, french fries and a soda. The burger was wonderful it was hot, fresh, and good. We will definitely come...
