I want to say customer service needs to improve. I had a lady name Vanessa talk back to me several times and will not stop. I paid with DC, and did not know I will be charge a fee for service. The scenario here is that I was new to the place and I did not see the note fee of .50 but the way she handle the situation was very disrespectful.
