In general, the service is terrible. They take so long and donât really come back for drink refills. When my co-workers and I would have lunch, we would call ahead because it would take forever. The wings are a good portion and taste great. The sauces are excellent. The last few times I wanted to make a To-Go order, no one picked up the phone. The online order is not user friendly either. Earlier tonight, my husband and I saw how packed it was at the restaurant when we walked in. We saw how many peopleâs tables didnât get food much less their drinks. We were gonna give them a chance, give it a go why not?
We were told to go to the bar to order the food to-go. There were 2 girls working the bar, I see other patrons have their drinks and food, been tended to. The blonde haired girl finally addressed us after a few minutes. We were patient. She asked if we knew what we wanted or needed a menu and we asked to look over one. She says ok and was going to get us one. She continued to make drinks and talked to the other patrons for like 5 minutes. When she made her way back out direction, I got her attention and asked her for the menus but didnât even finish saying what I had to say. She cut me off with an attitude. We ordered drinks from the bar and the server let them sit there for 10 min while she chatted with the other servers..we were actually tempted to go grab them ourselves. We asked for ranch on 3 occasions the server came back with blue cheese each time and just kept apologizing. We had questions about the menu and I understand itâs still the soft opening, but the server could not answer one question, not even the difference in the regular wingsâŠvs smoked.. and the restaurant is named after wings? It doesnât seem like there was any background or training given to the staff, instead pushed them into work and you could tell they were honestly uncomfortable, which just made us even more uncomfortable. Iâm sure it was an accident but the server also walked by our table and knocked down on 4yr olds crayons and sheetâŠlol it just kept getting worse and worse. Lastly, we had to wait 10 minutes to pay/leave because their system was down. I really wanted to enjoy the experience but I just honestly couldnât. P.S. itâs freezing inside-food...

But if you order online through a delivery app, it never feels âworth itâ and almost seems like theyâre giving you the bottom of the barrel on purpose. Tonight we ordered 36 boneless wings on UberEats. Had a long day at work and couldnât get there before closing to dine in. Food gets here and I thought it was weird that only one box got delivered. We counted the wings after taking a few bites and realized there was probably 20-24 wings MAX out of the 36 we paid for. And this isnât the first time. Itâs a great experience when we dine in, but the Togo orders are always the smallest wings, usually short by a few, and packaged really sloppy. Sauce spilling and ranches dripping out the bag. I know that restaurants donât love the delivery apps but wing daddyâs has way more fees and taxes than any local places
Love the food but I canât keep burning money by ordering it online or having it delivered with the smallest wings or getting...
