This morning I ordered a gravy biscuit with sausage, a sausage egg and cheese, a tenderloin egg and cheese, and a cup of gravy (to dip my biscuit in-you know the best of both worlds.) I ordered through the drive thru and the order taker even confirmed my first order as a gravy biscuit. I agreed yes, that's what I want! I got up to the window and paid almost 20 bucks for 3 buscits and a cup of gravey and 2 teas. I asked where's the gravy and biscuit? Guess what the young lady did, she turned to this gentleman who seemed to be "in charge" and told him wanted a gravy biscuit. He said well ring her up for one and she turned to me and said that will be 2 dollars and something. I thought to myself, umm didn't I already pay for it?? But whatever it's 2 bucks and some change, I paid it but still it's the point.. we had an extra biscuit that was not ordered, not our fault for receiving. Surely they could ahve gave me some gravy or taken the extra biscuit back. Needless to say, we haven't touched the extra biscuit and it's going waste. Is this how these millennials are taught to upsail these days?? That mistake will not have it again! Quite frankly I'm astonished that I agreed to pay it without any argument whatsoever. I guess I was just...
Read moreI ordered from the drive thru. There was 5 cars in the parking lot. I didn't figure they were super busy. I ordered then drive around to the pickup window where I sat for the next 30 minutes. I could see the employees in the store and they saw me. No one came to window to say your order is delayed, sorry about this, or anything else. It was obvious they didn't like the way I looked so therefore I was getting no service. I have owned businesses in the past and this type of "no customer service" got employees fired on the spot. But you can bet this is what is dished out to all other customers as well. The owners needs to take responsibility for his business. I know of one customer who will go elsewhere in the future. I believe in voting where it matters, with the...

We stopped getting food because it was cold, burnt or just wrong so we thought we will try it again now I remember why we stopped. And to add the frosting on the cake all the workers were Mexican that's no problem but when they start talking and pointing at you and laughing you know who their talking about to be honest I was afraid to eat my food worried they might have done something to my food. When my husband had to park and go in because the order is so wrong they get mad at him and funny thing the ticket was right so how did they get it wrong. Sorry so long I know it could be better I worked there year's ago food didn't go out like this we will not...
