Food is good. . But as I was sitting and eating the guy working up front took off his hat and fiercly shook is head to shake out his hair. His hair wasn't short either. He had a longer style on top. Shaved short on sides but probably about 6 inches long on top. And he shook and shook his hair right next to all the turnovers that were uncovered behind him O_o I guess having all that hair stuffed under his cap was bothering him. Hopefully nothing like dandruff was in his hair to fly all over the turnovers and hopefully no hair flew out of his head on the food. - I certainly won't be having desert here! Besides of that he was friendly to me and the restaurant was clean. Bathroom clean too. I will be back to eat here again.. but I am going to speak to a manager about what the guy did so that hopefully he stops doing that. He just did it again, lol. I will be sure to let the manager know how friendly the guy is though, He has great customer service skills .. just stop shaking your hair all over dessert :) kinda half ruined my dinner watching him do that lol. Oh well ~ So anyhow... I called to speak to the manager and the guy who answered sounded much like the nice guy who helped me earlier at the restaurant. So I asked him if he was the gentleman who has been up front taking the orders the last 45 mins or so. He said, mam, I have been here all day, how can I help you. So I asked again if he was who was up front taking orders just a few minutes ago. He said, mam, how can I help you I am the manager. I told him I had a complaint and would rather not complain to the person who took my order. He freaking refused to answer me and would not let me know if he was the guy who took my order, lol. I asked for his supervisors name but he would not give it to me. He said he could take my name and number and have the person over him call me back. I said no thanks and told him that while the store was clean and the food was good, the guy who helped me, as nice as he was, he kept fiercly shaking his head all over the turnovers. The manager was not polite at all and I let him know that. He would never let me know if he was the guy who took my order and lol... I even told him I did not want to complain to the guy I was complaining about. I will send this review to corporate!!! By the way. . TONY is who I was on the phone with and he said it was his store. I am taking an additional point off of my review for his behavior towards me. What a stubborn, STUBBORN man Tony is!!! Surely he wasn't the nice guy...
Read moreRead moreIf I could I would give a negative star rating!!!!!! This location is by far the worse of any Arby’s or other fast food chain that I have encountered. Since day 1 (so they really can’t blame Covid) the service has been at best sub par. The food is seldom hot and you may as well block out at least 20mins to get your food. Unfortunately I once again decided to given them the benefit and try them again. I was not let down, they lived up to expectations and even managed to lower the bar even further. Saturday evening I pulled up to the drive through, we were the 3rd vehicle. Ordered 2 gyros, a classic and fires. After the 1st car pulled away (who knows how long they waited), the 2nd car pulled to the window. After several minutes the window finally opened up, they paid and received their drinks (soda and bottled water). A few minutes later I see the soda go back and get swapped out (obviously wrong). After approximately another 15mins they finally got their food. During the waiting I kept seeing the driver keep looking back via his side view mirror with that look on his face of frustration. Now it was our turn. We waited for a while until the window opened for us to pay. Again the clock kept ticking and not only did it take forever to get our food, but when we got it it was cold. If things couldn’t be any worse , they were! When we got home I found out that instead of gyro meat in my “gyro “ I had roast beef. My only assumption is that the person making the food was either Incompetent and made a mistake or they ran out of gyro meat and tried to pass roast beef as gyro meat. My recommendation is to avoid this location and keep driving by …don’t EVER think about...
Update: I want to extend my appreciation to the manager, Katie, who contacted me to address the situation effectively. She made every effort to resolve the issues at hand. I also want to commend Tim for promptly correcting my husband’s and my order. I am grateful for their dedicated service and for acknowledging the shortcomings in the behavior of the staff, which is typically expected from someone in a managerial position.
My husband and I visited the establishment on February 27th, around 7:00 to 7:20 p.m. During our visit, we encountered a staff member at the sandwich station who displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. She loudly remarked that customers should prepare their own food and made an inappropriate comment about the quantity of food being ordered. This was an unprecedented experience for us, and I believe her conduct warrants serious consideration, including potential termination. She would find it challenging to thrive as an employee at Chick-fil-A, given that the drive-thru and dining area regularly serve between ten to fifteen vehicles daily, with a similar number of patrons in the dining space.
Furthermore, my husband and I were served lukewarm roast beef sandwiches. To our surprise, the employee voiced her displeasure when we asked for cheese sauce to be included. Since we were paying customers, it strikes me as unreasonable for her to grumble about performing her job duties, particularly as she opted to work in this...
