My husband and I stopped in Corning overnight and were very happy with our hotel’s recommendation of Casa Ramos. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, service was speedy and the food was delicious! Our chip basket was never empty and our server was on top of our drink refills. We shared the Pollo Fundido and the Macho Burrito (we opted for Mexican rice, rancho beans and ground beef). The restaurant seems clean and is decorated in traditional Mexican restaurant fashion. There’s even a small, separate cantina! We will be stopping in again on our travels between Arizona and Oregon!

Location easy to find 1 block off the I-5, plenty of parking WOW big portions of food. Good ole Mama's home style cooking. You made her proud. We had the combos enchilada, tamale, taco, rice and beans with complementary chips and plenty of salsa DELICIOUS 😋 They also do catering. Working under the current covid-19 conditions with takeout food 😔 We will definitely be stopping by again on our next journey.

Nice Casa with spacious dining hall and friendly service staff. Hector greets you with si/hola Senor / Senora etc. Chips come immediately with salsa - mostly likely because they are straight out of a Costco bag. And the spinach tamales comes from the freezer pretty sure but it does taste good. Fajitas are good. Overall, it’s a passable Mexican joint odd the I-5 but $16/entree for this stuff? Nah.

Traveling on I-5, we stopped in Corning for lunch. Casa Ramos was over the bridge, off the freeway. We found it easily in a shopping center at the first stop light. The decor was delightfully fresh and ethnic, considering it was Mexican food. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food arrived fresh and hot and was delicious. Four adult orders, plentiful and attractively plated, not one complaint and we all took doggie bags with us when we left. Easy return to the freeway to resume...
