Casa Ramos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Corning

My husband and I stopped in Corning overnight and were very happy with our hotel’s recommendation of Casa Ramos. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, service was speedy and the food was delicious! Our chip basket was never empty and our server was on top of our drink refills. We shared the Pollo Fundido and the Macho Burrito (we opted for Mexican rice, rancho beans and ground beef). The restaurant seems clean and is decorated in traditional Mexican restaurant fashion. Traveling on I-5, we stopped in Corning for lunch. Casa Ramos was over the bridge, off the freeway. We found it easily in a shopping center at the first stop light. The decor was delightfully fresh and ethnic, considering it was Mexican food. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food arrived fresh and hot and was delicious.
