We made a reservation for a group of 20 a week before the function. We get to the restaurant and exactly 1 waitress is working the entire place. This resulted in the most frustrating customer experience I have ever had in a restaurant.
The tables were not setup. After 15 minutes, we set them up ourselves. After another 15 minutes, we just grabbed silverware ourselves. The waitress came to get our drink order 25 minutes after we got here, and it took 45 minutes to fill. She brought out pitchers of water and cups for us but we had to pass them out and pour them. We then had to go to refill the pitchers 3 times so far.
In addition, after 1.5 hours the food finally arrived. However, after watching it sit on the hot plate for 20 minutes, we took it and served ourselves. The staff missed 2 meals and we had to alert the kitchen ourselves they were missing.
To be clear, the situation was not the waitresses fault. She was completely overwhelmed because she was covering every table in the place, plus the bar area. The 2 staff members that was there was trying their hardest but they needed another 4 people that to adaquetely staff the restaurant. The fault rests squarely on the managers for failing to provide adequate wait staff.
Stay away! lest you want to have a 3 hour do it yourself...

Once we sat down it took 20 minutes to get drinks, mind you still no menus. An hour had past since sitting down and there was still no food anywhere. Once we got our food, some of it anyway, we had been there close to an hour and a half.
My kids had a pizza. After tasting it myself it was clear the pizza was frozen and microwaved, not even put in the oven. I had the Cajun dry rub wings. I swear it was seasoning with chicken sprinkled on top. Every bite of the wings felt like a spoonful of Old Bay seasoning. If my wife wouldn't have ever asked about her salad she would have never gotten it. She also had a bowl of lobster bisque that she felt was canned soup. I would review my fries but I never got them.
