We stopped in for a quick lunch. My husband ordered the loaded nachos. I asked our server what the difference was between the regular quesadilla, which was 6.99 with your choice of meat, and either guacamole or sour cream , you will see I took a picture of the menu ( this is important later in my review). Our lunch came , mine was warm, not hot , but I kept it and did not say anything . How would they heat it without ruining it? The pastor tasted a little sweet , I thought it was cinnamon, I was right ( server talked to cook) , the sauce choices were a red sauce( tasted like thousand island dressing with a slight kick, the other ,better one in my opinion was the green , jalapeno sauce , perfect) the smaller one for 6.99 has 4 pieces ,which for me was perfect. I did enjoy my quesadilla. The atmosphere is ok . The server was ok , the place was not crowded, and yet I had to ask for water and more ice( she barely put any in my first glass). So we are done with our meal , we had never been given a bill ,in spite of sitting there with no food on our plates for over 5 minutes, I had even gone to ladies' room and back. So we went to register and told the girl out table # . She said wrong order at first , then she got it right as far as what we ate , that is where it ended and the trouble started. She quoted a high ticket price , and we both drank water and did not get chips and salsa , which the server asked if we wanted it , I said no , but she did not mention there is a charge ( who would think that, 99% of mexican restaurants don't charge for chips and salsa , but some that don't charge ask) so , I asked what were our charges? She did say what we had , but also said a side of guacamole. No, I did not have extra ( you will see the picture of menu and IT INCLUDED guacamole, I had about 1 tablespoon on top of 1/2 of lettuce , which was fine as I only expected a little ,NOT A SIDE!!When I told her we did not order that and I looked at menu and it did not say extra , and I told her the server did not tell me it was extra. Finally, a 2nd person came to register and voided the entire bill , did a 2nd one without the charge of a side of guacamole. I was glad they changed it , but by that time , I wanted to speak with the manager , I was informed that the person who had been arguing with me was the manager, DAISY. Even though they did take the charge off , which I did appreciate, " the manager," never apologized or said she would talk with the server. I did like the food , but if it is an extra charge for 1 tablespoon of guacamole , never mind, especially when coupled with the fact the chips and salsa are not free , there are just too many places to choose from.

Went for lunch today. I got the Nachos C/ Crema with chicken and loaded. The chips had a nice crunch to them, the chicken was tender and the peppers and onions were a nice addition. I really enjoyed this meal. The service however was slow and waitress was not attentive. When our water glasses were empty it was a long wait for a refill and when we were ready to leave we had to go up to the cashier and she had to produce the ticket. My other issue was our ticket was wrong, they tried to charge us $4.99 extra for guacamole that was on the menu as part of my wife’s meal but the manager argued with us that it was an up charge, but it clearly was not supposed to be. She did take it off our bill but she clearly didn’t think she should have. Additionally they have a sign in the window “No Weapons Permitted” I thought maybe they sold a lot of alcohol, they do have a small bar but not big enough for them to use the 51% sign. As a business you can do what you want, but as a person that believes in my right to Concealed Carry and as a consumer, I won’t be back. Even if it wasn’t for the bad service this is reason enough for me not to return.

The food took forever to get to my party. My sister got nachos with barely any cheese. I got a burger with an extremely soggy bun, and it had barely any taste to it. The drinks tasted like bleach. They ran out of tea, HOURS before closing. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they came after our food did. The waitresses are only paying attention to tables full of men, and avoiding tables that have females. The restrooms had a bad smell outside of them, which is a very bad sign. Inside the restroom, you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, it would overflow the toilet. All the tables that were obviously couples or full of females were upset with everything since the waitresses are ignoring tables. The waitresses should stay behind the bar, not on the other side. There were no napkins in the dispensers. Old corona were used for salt and pepper. The foods that were supposed to be hot were cold and cold foods were hot. My party had three waitresses, which could not make anymore tea. Everyone in my party left feeling nauseous.

I've come here several times in the last few months or so. I have always had good service and the food has also been good. I was excited to bring people in and have this be our weekly happy hour spot bc we were looking for a new place to go with our large parties. There were four of us and one child. Not big by any means just normal. We got a few appetizers for the table and one sandwhich, everything else was drinks. Another guest came at the end of our visit ,JUST FOR DRINKS. Nothing was complicated, food was good.

THEN the checks came. I had already sent my check with the waitress and tipped 20 percent. Then the rest of my party noticed a automatic 18 percent added to our checks. I would have tipped my waitress 24 dollars , half of my total. It looked like a line item to be honest.I did not see any signs posted anywhere about the gratuity, and we were not notified that we were already charged by the waitress.Even the person that came at the end and that had only three drinks was charged. I now wonder how many times this has happened when I've came here and given double tips. It was a shame bc it actually caused our waitress to get less of a tip than she would have and party was upset bc they felt like it was deceptive. That day it was a small group but sometimes we have up to 10 or so people ,so I feel like this is lost revenue for this business. I hope that they post signs and advise their staff to let people know that this is a policy they have. None of my friend want to come here after this and now I don't know if I...
