Before I knew what was happening GM Jonathan quickly deescalated a situation - in the drive thru - before I knew it was already escalating quickly outside my door. GM Jonathan risked himself, to possibly the aggressor carrying a firearm, to taking control of the situation respectfully, gracefully, and took control of the situation between me and the aggressor. Thankfully the person was not carrying a weapon and he sped off and I was able to get my order safely. Not to mention, GM Jonathan willingly assisted to the slight damage the person caused to my vehicle. I don’t know many managers that would risk their well-being to assist a customer in the way he did and for that he deserves to be recognized. I hope someone from Corporate reads this and knows what a hero GM Jonathan is to me. He went above and beyond for a customer, even with nowadays people causing bodily harm over something small. We were given our drinks, then was asked to drive up to second line, there were 2 cars already waiting,the me then another was asked to pull forward, worker comes out with 1 bag(looking confused), gave the bag to the 1 car waiting, goes inside comes out with another bag, ask the car that was after me what had they ordered.. then when to car in front (again looking confused)..my point is, if the worker working drive thru doesn't know where she is asking cars to park why ask to move forward.
