Good spread for the price. Brisket was excellent. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, to those who will say that's overdone I beg to differ. The sausage was just ok. The beans were flavorful with lots of coarse black pepper. The potato salad is like mashed potato salad like grandma used to make. The best item we had were the texas torpedoes, the best part is I didn't have to do them myself. Finding the place is a little difficult due to it being in the middle of a small shopping center. The brisket was cooked perfectly. The point was moist and tender as well as the flat. Could have used some more pepper in my opion but was still good. The chicken was also good, tender and juicy. Sausage was okay nothing to get excited about. The beans were peppered too much for my taste. Other than that they were tender too. The rice tasted like instant rice, which is fine but had zero flavor. The potatoe salad was just average. If I do go back it will be just for the meat...

Food is always great. Love everything about Topsy Krett everywhere from the food to the workers and owners. It's hard to find brisket that's moist and falling apart without being greasy. If you have a craving for chicken, pork, brisket, sausage, baked potatoe, potatoe salad, rice or beans and/or brisket jalapeño poppers go here. They are always friendly and fast to get your order.
