Burrito Heaven — Restaurant in Corvallis

We left hungry, poorer and disgusted. Came here because of the high star rating. Sorely disappointed. Food was TERRIBLE; GROSS terrible and overpriced. Customer service sub par and lackadaisical. High chairs were broken, sticky, and gross. Had to sit baby on our laps because they couldn't accomodate him. Sadly, I'm adding this to my avoid at all cost list. More like burrito hell! This place is DISGUSTING!!!! Nothing authentic about this place! The meat was like a mystery meat it definitely was not what we ordered! When asking the staff for a refund because we literally could NOT Eat our food because of how bad it tasted and smelled! We were ignored and then finally the staff asked the owner and he literally ignored me and continued watching tv!!!!!! At that point I was furious so I left! Never go here!!! The bean and cheese burrito is my go-to for special occasion lunches. The whole menu never fails to dissapoint, and the staff are usually in a hurry, yet still make time to be very friendly and ask lots of questions. Great place overall.
