If you respect yourself, don't visit this location. If you look at the other one star reviews, they reflect the same problems that still haven't been addressed by the owner or A&W. Don't waste your time here. I was placing my order and before I could tell the employee what I wanted to drink on the second meal, they read my order back to me and said with a rootbeer. I hadn't even mentioned what drink I wanted! I had to correct her by telling her what drink I wanted and told her what to leave off my autistic son's hamburger because it wasn't read back to me correctly. I was in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me, and it took 20 minutes from the time I placed the order to receiving my food. I told them I didn't want my receipt. Guess what? The hamburger was wrong. It came with only cheese instead of no pickles, onions, or cheese (only ketchup and mustard). I literally told the employee this twice! I had to go back inside, wait for them to help two customers in front of me to get it corrected. There were 5 or 6 employees back there and a manager had the hamburger ready in two minutes. Why was I waiting in the drive thru so long??? By the time I got back to the car, the fries were cold and when I got to the bottom of the bag, it tasted like Lysol or some other cleaning chemical. When it was all said and done, I was there for half an hour! I'm beating myself up because I almost left the drive through to go out of my way to McDonald's and still would've made it home faster with the correct warm food without chemicals in it. I'm willing to bet I have a reply on this review from A&W that says reach out to us. I REFUSE because it's their mess and the first thing they'll ask for is my order number, and I won't have a receipt. I'm not losing anymore time to help them fix their own internal issues. People get paid to do that. If you want your day ruined, they'd be glad to help...

Quality can be good but inconsistent. Service is consistently poor.

Today had a poor experience, I ordered burgers, had to go back through after discovering they were really really salty.

I went back to the store to let them know, and ordered a root beer. Staff remade burgers, and they were better, but the rootbeer they gave was really sour tasting, so I had to go back through to get that remade.

Very frustrating, wasted a half hour of my Saturday, will think twice before coming back to this location, I hope mgmt evaluates what could be done to address this.
