It was not great I lost gambling about 300 hundred dollars then went to the restaurant and ordered Steak Fajitas they were the worst fajitas I believe I ever did have just disgusting was not impressed by the food. I believe I may have taken 2 bites if I could even stomach the second bite. I did go ahead and paid the full price and tipped the waitress. Then I left and did not say anything about the food as I just wanted to leave as quickly as humanly possible. Overall the casino was fun though I did enjoy video poker and craps the 5-dollar claw machine was a scam I figured it would be as the claw is too loose to pick up anything. The free soda machine could use good cleaning. I also left a new pack of cigarettes 🚬 Newport menthol shorts to be exact on the digital craps table and moved 5 feet to the bar to play video poker was about 5 to 7 minutes before I noticed my mistake by the time I turned around they were gone so I asked the bartender to see if maybe the staff picked them up he had not seen or heard anything about them and directed me to the pit boss on duty and he recommended that I speak with him. The pit boss told me they were most likely picked up by staff and thrown away. Ugh, fault my fault at almost 10 dollars a pack, I was a little disappointed that they don't have a procedure set up to set them aside like a lost and found or willing to hold them for an hour or more. Overall, the experience wasn't great, I probably will return because I do enjoy the games but I was dissatisfied with the way things are run these days twenty years ago my cigarettes would be replaced or set aside and the meal would be comped seeing I only took one bite observation of the workers is just not what it used to be and satisfying the client is not required or expected it is a sad state of affairs but collectively it is the fault of everyone born at least twenty-five years ago that we as a society did not hold our selves to a greater standard many make the claim of progress but what I see is the decoration of a country a world a corporation but it starts with every individual looking within an making a change in themselves and hopefully others notice follow suit. Being a major corporation built on hospitality you can do better. Thank you!!

When we first walked in on Sunday evening there was numerous empty dirty tables so we had to sit somewhere we really didnt want to just because it was the clean table. Got menus within seconds of us sitting, but then the waiter didnt come back for 20 minutes, and there was still lots of empty dirty tables. When he did come back we placed our food and drink orders. While waiting to get our orders I overheard one table complaining about not receiving their salad. No big deal didnt affect us and maybe I misheard. In the meantime we received our drinks and i had all but finished mine by the time our food came. I needed another drink or water or something and no waiter to be seen. Finally I stopped someone else and they said they will let our waiter know but did get me a glass of water. Waiter came by and offered to refill my water, we were staying at hotel so i expected to have a good time. Then guy at table next to me ordered his drink and had to repeatedly keep asking for it. Finally he got mad and told another worker they could keep their drinks and he left. People behind us apparently made an order before us and I overheard guy getting mad that he had waited over an hour for his food. My food was fine and I had ordered 2 drinks but only received one. I was only charged for the one but they lost out on lots of money from me, not counting all the "comps" I was overhearing from other tables...

We had to wipe down our own table because the waitress wouldn’t and then it took her 15 minutes to even come get out drink order. Still waiting on her to come back with them 30 minutes later. Edit. Finally she came back with our drinks, my friend I was with had placed a couple hundred on the table to reimburse me for something from the weekend and Marie the waitress snatched the money off the table as I was about to put it in my wallet. Yes, the waitress straight up stole from us! Never did we say here this is for you (because it wasn’t and why would we have tipped before we even received our drinks or paid, let alone $600?!) She NEVER came back to our table so we couldn’t even talk to her and ask why she STOLE our money! A different waitress almost an hour later (we put food order in with drinks) came back with only half of the food, and never returned with drink refills. STAY AWAY!!!! The waitresses are thieves! When we asked who to talk to about the theft they said no one could help us. I am contacting the police department because I truly can not believe what happened to us with her stealing HUNDREDS of dollars from a table and there being no one available to speak to about...
