China — Restaurant in Courtland

I CALLED THE RESTAURANT MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE SPAN OF ABOUT 30 MINUTES TONIGHT AND KEPT GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL. I LIVE ABOUT 15 MINUTES AWAY, SO I DROVE UP THERE TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE STORE ---- WHEN I ARRIVED A LADY WAS PICKING UP HER FOOD ORDER, THEN THE LADY THAT WORKS UP FRONT GOES TO THE BACK FOR A FEW MINUTES. FINALLY, SHE COMES OUT AND SAYS THEY DON'T TAKE ORDERS IN THE STORE AND I NEED TO CALL. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEIR PHONE WAS BUSY AND I HAD BEEN CALLING, SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, IGNORED ME AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BACK. NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EXPERIENCE AT ANY RESTAURANT.

I ACTUALLY REALLY LIKED THE FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT THE FIRST TIME I ATE IT, BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE THAT THE LADY AT THE FRONT HAS. I'LL KEEP MAKING MY DRIVE TO WINDSOR...

First off when you can get them to answer the phone they are in the back and constant say they can't hear you over the sound of their own pans slamming around, countless times I've been hung up on for this reason. Then today I call and the lady doesn't even let me talk, says they can't take my order cause they are too busy, then just hangs up.

And why are you not taking orders at the counter when you allow people inside the building TO THE COUNTER to pick up a order...and half the time they gotta wait 10minutes after their original 20-30 minute wait time.

Very unprofessional attitude to have, if you don't wanna deal with customers or the nature of your business then close up shop and...

Fiance & I tried this place for the first time since moving to the area a year ago. Ordered crab rangoons, egg drop soup, egg foo young, & broccoli in garlic sauce. Ordered at the counter they were super busy took about 30 minutes but we didn’t mind. Got home food was still hot & delicious! Def worth it so good will...
