Duck Thru — Restaurant in Virginia

I’ve only had gizzards, fried chicken breast, and fries. All were good. Today I ordered gizzard snack and two breast sandwiches and the gizzards had to be cooked, in my mind ok cool at least they’re fresh. I did not look at food before I left but I never do but before getting to my destination I attempted to eat a gizzard and no ma’am Pam!!! Where is the flower? And to cook them per my order is crazy. The kicker is the lady who answered the phone said I can bring them back before the deli closes at 7 but I have a meeting at 5:15 that’s an hour away so I can’t turn around. When I asked if I could just bring them back tomorrow she said the morning crew not gonna give me the gizzards since it’s a different crew. But what does that have to do with anything? I spent my money I’m reporting what’s wrong 5 minutes after leaving, so what’s the problem. She said the transaction ended once I left, whatever that means..smh! Of this is indeed their policy I won’t return more thank likely! There was for sure a better way to handle this but since this is their policy this is the reason for my review…they are usually fried golden brown and crunchy; but baby this is not it!!!!

To add to what I already said, here are pics of the chicken sandwiches..one was supposed to be plain chicken breast and the other one was with cheese lettuce onions and pickles..you be the judge on if you should go there or not. At this point I’m not sure if they read my ticket right; and also it seem like the gizzards they gave me were refried, I’m not 100% sure, but that’s the vibe it’s giving!!! Chicken very dry this time. Also, one more IMPORTANT note to add, I’ve never ordered Thai late in the day only during lunch hours…by 3 pm; I’ve noticed the earlier...
