Our family has been going to Cozy Grille for years. Mostly to the Warwick location but for over the past year or longer have now been going to the Coventry location every Sunday morning at 9am. This morning we were ther waiting for over 40 minutes when another party came in. The owner Shana told the hostess to not seat us first to seat the other group that had just came in the door. Shana totally over looked us so that she could sit her Best Friend and family. She did not care at all when my daughter in law questioned her *nicely * why they got to be seated as soon as they came in when we had been waiting for awhile. Shana had no issues stating that it was her best friend. We decided to leave after being overlooked and Shana did not care and let us walk out. There is usually anywhere from 6 -12 of us every week and the the waitresses always have our drinks on the table waiting for us as she did today but had to remove them for Shana's best friends family to sit at the table they had already set up for us. It is apparent that Shana has no regards for her customers. She has no care as to how she treats them either because she has a high volume...
Read moreI originally come from RI and have eaten breakfast at both Locations many times over the years, and it was good. However, I am visiting from Florida and happen to be in Coventry , at lunchtime, on my last day here. My husband ordered burger, cooked medium with onion rings. I ordered a “gourmet” chicken panini with sweet potato fries. The burger was just a tad larger than you would get at a fast food restaurant and cooked well. Onion rings were frozen, not fresh. We were in a hurry and he was hungry. He ate the burger only. The chicken in my panini has NO flavor or seasonings at all. Tasted like a boiled chicken breast. It had provolone cheese, roasted peppers and spinach. I took it out of the bread and put the very few thin strips of thin roasted peppers to make it edible. Did not help. I ate half and a few of the sweet potato fries, which were good. Waitress apologized and gave us our bill for $30. Very disappointed . Guess they shine with breakfast, service and personality. ...
Read moreWow! First time going here and i must say, very good breakfast restaurant. The place was very busy so there was a bit of a wait. But totally worth it! The food was so fresh and packed with flavor! Everything was seasoned and cooked with passion, you can tell. They serve breakfast until 2pm which is so great! Normally 11am is the cut off for most restaurants and it was 11:30am when we wanted breakfast so this was one of are only options and boy am i happy we went here! The waitress was very kind. Seemed like she was in a bit of a rush to get us out of there, however with the amount of people waiting i get that. They have so many different foods on the menu and it’s all customizable! Left full but not overstuffed which was amazing too. Will...
