I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience I had with an order placed through DoorDash from your Coventry location.

Upon receiving my order, I noticed that one item was missing. I promptly called the store to address this issue. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The employee who answered my call seemed unaware of the situation and stated, "I have no idea" when I explained the missing item. I inquired further about my order and whether he was responsible for assembling it, to which he confirmed he was. However, when I asked if he had included two or three items in the bag, he abruptly hung up on me.

I attempted to call back multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, I called from a different number, and the same employee answered. When I asked why he had hung up on me, he was unable to provide an explanation. Instead, he suggested that I contact DoorDash for assistance. When I requested his name, he responded with "nope," which I found quite unprofessional.

Given that the bag was stapled shut, it is clear that the missing item was an oversight on your part. The way I was treated during this interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect.

We stumbled upon this clean, friendly, and delicious ice cream shop last year while on a bikepath walk. The scent of freshly baked waffle cones brought us in. The ice cream flavors are varied and tasty, their ice cream cakes and pies are crowd pleasers. Everything about this shop (which is open year-round!) is perfect, starting with Michael Celio, the owner. We worked with Michael to provide Ice Cream sundaes at our beach wedding. We were able to provide flavors and options we wanted for our guests. It was so much fun!

Old Coventry resident, lived on Abbott's xing in high school when this place was called Deciantis. Ordered a regular cone, girl messed up five before handing me one that was so fat and ugly. It tastes great. My girl specifically points at candy apple, but dude rings in cotton candy and the girl makes cotton candy. Again good cone taste ugly presentation.

So Management please train the kids to pay attention, communicate better and sheesh make a proper looking cone. Store looks good but it looks to me like it's not gonna last with the crew here. I miss those Deciantis cabinets.. (that's a Rhode...
