Burger King — Restaurant in Covington

8:01p. Not busy in drive thru. I was only car at first. Started ordering $5 your way soft drink, fries, chicken nuggets, & burger like posted on drive thru menu board. Was told that selection is unavailable. I can get the $6 your way with the chicken fries & burger. Im thinking ok cool still great we love chicken fries. But when approaching window. I noticed no fries no drinks. I myself then had to find the information out so do drinks not come with that? Cashier: Shauna says, Nope. So ok let me please add 3 small soft drinks. I then had to place another order for those. Waited for 12mins. Not bad its fine. But car behind me at this point imma move pull up and check my bags. I call store to state i have 2 items missing. Female oh would not give name when asked, says what is it you need. Well i was just there gave order # asked how we can fix it or can i come back thru. Was told by female worker, nah, i made that order. I know i did. Ok im sure you did make it, i have everything else here just 2 items are missing. basically was told i was a liar... she sat quiet as i made statement so you kbow you made order and owell. Deal without it. Maybe someone slipped and missed putting it in bag after you. I went to ask for manager and female... HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK WOULD NOT ANSWER! Terrible customer...

I just brought the 2 for 6 deal..the chicken sandwich was so hard and dry..the sandwich was not edible..like a dog chew toy. The whopper was cold and dry as well. This is the second time I have gave this deal a try here and it was the same. Then I called and tried to let them know about it and the manager lacricha I know I may have spelled that wrong did offer a refund but she got snappy with my husband over the phone. I will never buy here again. Also I would like to add I have ate the spicy chicken from Milan TN Burger King and it was fabulous. They need better workers that don’t mind doing there jobs and respect that people are spending their hard earn cash there no matter the price..they almost alway have bad customer service here and serve old cold food and...

My mother, 2-year-old son, and I are in the area to handle family affairs. We decided to stop by this amazing location to get something quick for the drive that would cater to my dietary restrictions. Ms. Sharita is a beautiful soul who patiently listened to our order (something we are not used this as we live DFW Texas). When we pulled up to the window, I inquired if they had chocolate milk, but to my dismay, this was not something they sold. But Ms. Sharita immediately came up with a solution to get a child's milk bottle, add some chocolate syrup from the ice cream station, and shake it to make a DIY chocolate milk.
