Loved this great little gem I found today in Covington, OH. Cozy coffee shop serving fantastic Boston Stoker coffee. The employees were very friendly, and when I asked about a tip jar they pointed me to a box that said, "We pay our employees a good wage so that the tips can be donated to local charities." I think that's awesome! Pay your people well and support others why you do it! Glacier coffee is a MUST visit when in the Covington area and I will be back for sure!!

Terrible customer service!! Kali took our order through the drive thru and had a problem with ordering three drinks through the drive thru. Told us it was a latte to find out it was black coffee. Stated they could not make a different latte asked for a refund. While getting our refund they deleted the receipt then could finally make a latte. Then only refunded the cash price...

Love this cute little place. They have a great variety of cold and hot drinks. I usually get an iced coffee or cold brew and it's always tasty. The smoothies are also good if your not in the mood for coffee. The indoor space is spacious and inviting if you have the time to sit for awhile. Glad to have this...
