Pinches Tacos Shack — Restaurant in Covington

I'm from Texas and I always search for good Mexican food or any type of authentic Mexican tacos or street corn AKA elote, first time being at this place ordered a loaded Frito chili, got a quarter of a bag of Fritos mixed with some lettuce and corn no chili, salsa or meat substances, also the elote corn is supposed to be mixed with mayonnaise lime and chili what I received was a corn on the cob on a stick with regular Cheeto dust on top and a ledge of lime, didn't even eat my food till I got back to my house and added some chili and hot sauce to spice it up because definitely had no flavor and tried to eat the corn dusted with Cheetos even though I wanted Hot Cheetos or some type of chili seasoning as described on menu but got none of that and paid about 15 bucks for all of this which was worth about $5 in my opinion definitely will not be back and definitely disappointed and will still be searching elsewhere for some real Mexican food.. My daughter and I have been wanting to try this place so we decided to today for lunch. We made 2 orders and the waitress wanted to argue with us about that we didn’t order a cheese dip, salsa and a side of sour cream. After a few min she finally looked and realized we did. We never received the sour cream or salsa after asking numerous times. I also asked for an extra plate 3-4x and I finally gave up and just used the plate under the cheese dip. We also asked for to go containers and a bag for the chips told her how many we needed. Still didn’t get the bag or the right number of containers. So we just gave up and didn’t take home all of our food. Right afterwards we went to Walmart and I almost threw up on myself as soon as we got there! By the time we were done I headed to the restroom and barely made it to get sick. I really wanted to like it but not after the service...

Very disgusting and unsanitary to find a kitchen label in my food. It was rolled up as if it was a fry and I unraveled it to see exactly what was in my food. The manager was very nonchalant about the label in my food and was not accommodating at all. He disregarded that I had to drive back and forth twice to return to show the disgusting label in my food. When I did bring my food back the manager was laughing and giggling in my face as if my time, money and definitely gas wasn’t wasted. Looking more into the reviews there are plenty of complaints about hair and bugs being in the food and also the food is cooked in prepped with no gloves or hair nets. My family and I frequently order from this place unfortunately reading the reviews and after this unprofessional and unhygienic experience we will not be coming back nor do we recommend...
