Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Coweta

This was a good Sonic,but no longer is. The food quality has went downhill and the employees attitudes leave something to be desired. I was not informed that a chicken sandwich would take 7 minutes to prepare until after it took 5 minutes to get the attention of an employee, who immediately put her hand up in my face and then turned to get someone else...whom I assume is the shift supervisor, her shirt was cleaner and a different color. As I was asking her why my order was taking so long, I saw it get bagged and sat out of sight. Instead of picking it up and handing it over to be given me, the person who took my order stepped outside and began a smoke break, and the shift supervisor just looked over at it like she wasn't sure if she should go ahead and get it or wait for someone to bring it to her. After this, I just asked for a refund and left. It took over a week for the refund to appear on my account. I would have changed my original 5 star rate to an absolute zero if I could, the quality of this Sonic went down fast after new management took over. Too many young kids without a strong work ethic have ruined...

This location continues to decline. I had hoped when they took this location it would spark improvement and for a while it did, however that has slowly dissipated. The burgers are never hot enough to melt the cheese, little lone to stay warm until you get home (5 min) away. This visit the tater tots were literally hard, they had sat under a warmer so long and tasted as if they had been lost in the freezer and gone long past their expiration date. We ate 4 and threw out the rest. Even the chicken sandwich wasn't fresh and I thought that was what caused the wait that I endured. The prices have continued to rise as they have everywhere, but the decline in food product and taste is more than I'm willing to continue. $16 plus for a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, med tot and half blended banana shake that NOTHING was finished, over poor quality, that is ridiculous. I will try one last time but after that, I WILL be DONE, local business or NOT. I refuse to continue throwing money away on ones that do NOT care...

Trash in, trash out. The best thing about sonic is when you get the smell out of your car. Sonic isn't the only fastfood that effects your body odor but somehow its the only place you can eat a burger and still somehow smell like onion rings later. ALSO FYI SONIC CORPORATIONS IF YOU READ THIS ,YOU SHOULD KNOW ....your "chicken" is an insult. You should be calling it "popcorn breading." I once made the mistake of ordering what I thought was gonna be delicious little bites of juicy chicken fried in little crispy balls of flavor . Instead my mouth was assaulted with gravel encased chicken jerky. Your "chicken " was an affront to my five senses and my wallet ( which incidentally taste better). That is all.
