I live very nearby, and just realized that this place had opened. I went with my father, and we both quite enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet, and the people there were friendly and helpful. As an appetizer we shared the Rice “Pho” Roll. Other then the cilantro(unfortunately I got the gene of it tasting like soap) it was fresh, refreshing, and delicious. I got the Pho with filet mignon. The broth was not oily, and was light and flavorful. The noodles were the right texture. I find a lot of places overcook it. There was not as much filet as I expected, but there was still a decent amount. It was very tender. I was also given a fried bread stick to dip into the broth. In chinese, it would be known as a “YouTiao.” My father got a Sizzling Plate-Bo Ne, which consisted of steak, egg, and sausage with a flavorful tomato sauce. There also seemed to be some mashed liver of some sort included. On the side, he was given a Vietnamese baguette. It was nice to be able to have food like this in Cranbury, and should be given more love. I will definitely be coming more often with friends.

This is a new, and nearly hidden gem nestled adjacent to Cranbury’s historic downtown. Proprietor Sophie and staff are so gracious and accommodating. The delicious food is not only Vietnamese but hosts a full array of budget- friendly pan-Asian, American, and international cuisine in generous portions, sufficiently diverse to please even the most discriminating palate. The atmosphere is bright and inviting with lively decor and light musical background. My favorite drink is the crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e bubble tea to accompany my pho gah (fresh chicken soup) or my crispy fresh quail egg salad. Whether you prefer vegetarian, poultry, pork, meat, or seafood, V-Town is a must-try food establishment for a tasty adventure made to order whether you like extra spicy, mild or not spicy at all. I go there quite often, and what also strikes me is its cleanliness. You can’t go to V-town just once. You’ll find yourself there time and time again unable to resist trying different dishes or just sticking to your favorites.

This was our first visit to V’Town, and while the experience was mediocre, it did have some bright spots. I tried a few dishes that aren’t commonly found at pho cafes in the area, which was a nice change of pace. The egg coffee was great, but the pho rolls were rather bland. The mini pancakes were a standout and really delicious, and the sizzling plate was solid as well. However, the service was a bit slow and could definitely use improvement. There seemed to be just one staff member managing orders and to-go packing, while the other staff members were less present. The Asian woman who did check in occasionally came off as a bit cold and distant, which didn’t help the overall vibe of the place. Overall, V’Town has potential but could use some work in both the service and atmosphere departments.

Decided to try the new Vietnamese restaurant in Cranbury. Was excited to try it as we had experienced great food on our vacation in vietnam in 2023.

Food - unfortunately flavors of the food were below my expectations (even though I did not expect same level of flavors as in our vacation). We had ordered all vegetarian items - pancake, tofu rolls. , banh-mi, Pho and salted coffee. The pancake was good but could have been more flavorful. The tofu rolls, banh-mi and pho was definitely lacking in flavor and variety of vegetables. Basically all the items had same veggies and I expected some more Vietnamese vegetables than just broccoli and carrots and sprouts. Surprising they did not have any mushrooms, lotus root or other greens. The credit I do give them is that they do not use MSG in any foods or broths 👏

Service and ambience - as expected. They were friendly...
